Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum selbsttaetigen Umlegen von Buechern von stehender in liegende Position waehrend der Foerderung auf einem Foerderband. Die Vorrichtung soll dabei einfach in ihrem technischen Aufbau sein, das Aufspreizen der Buecher beim Umlegen weitgehend verhindern, eine definierte Position der Buecher beim Weitertransport sowie eine schonende Behandlung derselben gewaehrleisten. Weiterhin ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Mittel fuer das Umlegen so zu gestalten, dass Bewegungsablauf und Endposition der Buecher definiert eingehalten werden und Schutzumschlag und lose Beilagen sicher fixiert bleiben. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemaess dadurch geloest, dass im Bereich des in Foerderrichtung hinteren Endes des Stuetzbleches ein Anschlag angeordnet ist. Der Anschlag besteht zweckmaessigerweise aus einem am Stuetzblech einstellbar befestigten Anschlagkoerper und einer federnd mit dem Anschlagkoerper verbundenen Anschlagflaeche.The invention relates to a device for selbstveretigen moving books from standing in lying position during the promotion on a conveyor belt. Der verbleibende freie Kippfallwinkel ist hierbei aber noch zu groß, um das erwähnte Aufspreizen der Bücher wirksam abzumindern. Wird hingegen das Stützblech steiler angeordnet, so verhindert die Haftreibung zwischen Buchrücken und Förderband ein sicheres Abgleiten der Bücher, so daß die Bücher teils abgleiten, teils erst nach Verlassen des Stützbiechbereiches weiter umkippen mit dem erwähnten Nachteil, und so eine völlig Undefinierte Position bei der Weiterförderung einnehmen. Die den Beginn des Abgleitens bewirkenden Kräfte sind ferner zu klein, um zusätzlich zum Reibwiderstand zwischen Buchrücken und Förderband auch das vorteilhafterweise vorzusehende Niederhaltemittel gegen das Aufspreizen der Bücher zu überwinden.In similar known devices, a support plate is provided to reduce the free Kippfallwinkels, which is arranged inclined about an axis pointing in the conveying direction.
