Description
Titel der Erfindung Mittel zur Sikkation Title of the Invention Composition for siccation
The present invention relates to siccation agents which can be used to kill or control undesirable plant growth in agriculture.
In the context of modern agro-technical production methods, the pre-seed drying of crop stands is of great importance. The sikication by chemical means, for example, facilitates the use of modern harvesting technology in potato cultivation and ensures a uniform maturation of the tubers. When cultivating rapeseed and canary legumes, the energy required for post-drying under humid climatic conditions can be considerably reduced.

Monohalogenated acetic acids have hitherto been described both as total herbicides and as selective herbicides (US Pat. No. 2,622,976). An application as Sikkationsmittel is not yet known.
The aim of the invention is to develop new siccating agents with improved performance properties.
The invention has for its object to find new means of siccation with good siccative effectiveness and favorable toxicological properties. To solve this problem 'means are proposed for siccation, which are characterized in that they in addition to the usual excipients and carriers as the active ingredient, a combination of Nn-butyl-N- / 1- (O, 0-di-n-butylphosphonyl) cyclohexyl / ammonium chloride and monochloroacetic acid.
Surprisingly, it has been found that when using the active ingredient combination of Nn-butyl-N- / 1- (0,0-di-n-butyl-1-phosphonyl) -cyclohexyl / ammonium chloride and monochloroacetic acid according to the invention in comparison with the individual components. stronger effect than the expected additive effect (synergism) occurs, wherein the mixing ratio of the individual components can be from 1: 1 to 1: 5 parts by mass.
The compositions according to the invention have a strong siccative activity and a broad action for killing plants or parts of plants and do not pollute the soil residue-toxicologically, which makes them particularly suitable for siccation.
