The filter cake obtained contains more than 50 % of liquid and is freed of this in a known manner by drying.
DD 101171) durchsetzen können, repräsentiert aber hinsieht-The general disadvantage of Festatoffanreicherung by flocculation and filtration is generally that the energy costs for removing the remaining amount of water by drying are high. To remedy this Hachteils has been proposed to herausupreasen the obtained filter cake (DD 150208). The disadvantage of this method is that it can only be realized by high technical and technological expenses. For this reason, Sa has not been able to prevail over the spray-drying method (for example DD 101171) which represents the prior art, but represents

Fatty acid stabilized, produced by the emulsion polymerization process latex having a solids content of 31.5 Ma % was flocced using 0.74 % hydrochloric acid (based on PVC) and then by means of a pressure filter, using the filter cloth PVC / PK 970, at a filtration pressure of 0.6 MPa filtered. The filtrate was very cloudy and the filtration came to a standstill after about 10 minutes due to clogging of the filter cloth. The solids content of the filtrate was 3-27% by mass. The solids content of the filter cake was determined to be 34.87 Ma%.
