Abstract
Fig. 1The invention relates to a method for modifying the Abadspinnverfahrens and allows the production of two mutually dependent fiber types (wool and cotton type) of high uniformity in favorable raw material and energy consumption. The object is achieved to produce regenerated from low-viscosity viscose regenerated fibers by low-viscosity viscose high cellulose concentration in spunballs spun with little (wool type) or much (cotton type) zinc sulfate by using Viellochduesen with little delay and immediately subjected to a reaction-inhibiting, stepped treatment becomes. The drawing is carried out in a plasticizing bath, whereby the water used in the regeneration plant is used in the cotton type and passed into the spinning bath system after passing through the cable washing machine. The water obtained from the wool type regenerators is used in the first post-treatment stages. The use of viscose modifiers is reduced due to the reaction-inhibiting treatment. By alkaline-oxidative suspension with subsequent acid and neutral wash the desulfurization step. Fig. 1
Description
Verfahren zum galettenlosen, verlustarmen Spinnen von höherwertigen RegeneratfasernMethod for galette-free, low-loss spinning of higher quality regenerated fibers
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung ' - Field of application of the invention '-
The invention relates to a method of modifying the one-bath spinning process and enables the production of high-uniformity fiber-spun fabrics.
The production of regenerated fibers by the one-bath and Mehrbadverfahren is known (üährling., The production of rayon and rayon - Fachbuchverlag Leipzig 1957; K. Götze, man-made fibers by the viscose Springer-Verlag, Berlin, Heidelberg * New York, 1967). The one-bath spinning is driving the Ver most commonly used because easy operation is given because of the simple machine design, sulfate concentration through the use of spinning baths high sulfuric acid and sodium at Spinnbadtemperaturen of 46 54 0 C highly productive performances are achieved and the fiber webs in many applications meet the requirements of the textile industry (K. Götze, man-made fibers according to the viscose process, Vol. 1, p 567, Vol 2, p 856, DD-PS 118 130).
' From a qualitative disadvantage, however, is that at the end of a single-bath machine, so the main cable extractor, a different regeneration state of the individual cable is present, since the distance of the first spinning unit to the drafting system is a multiple of the distance of the last spinning station. Thus, no conditions exist to perform optimal plasticizing and stretching because of excessive gamma degradation (gamma value: number of moles of CS 2 to 100 moles c s H io ° 5 ^ of the wei ~ test away from Plastifizierungsbad spinning stations to capillary breaks during stretching process leads. '
(DD-PS 71 332)'. ': .. . ' : .- ·· ; . ' : '.. :·. .. '.. .' ; - "'The reaction inhibition, for example, by using modifiers, zinc sulfate-rich baths, or the cooling of the main cable always leads only to a general slowdown in the gamma value degradation. The actual equalization, ie the adjustment of the degree of decomposition within a narrow tolerance range, does not succeed. (DD-PS 71 332) '. ': ... ' : .- ··; , ' : ' ..: ·. .. '...'; - '''
A 14565/60, 3A-A 168/52).In the multi-bath spinning process for the production of high-quality regenerated fibers, these disadvantages are reversed in the form that only a few, up to a maximum of 8, single cables, which are usually spun below 40 0 C, combined to form a cable part and between godet pairs in a second bath at temperatures of 85 - 95 C are drawn * Several such pretreated cable parts make up the main cable, which is received at the machine end of the main trigger and subjected to further treatment (K. Götze, man-made fibers according to the viscose process, Vol. 1, p. 670, Vol. 2, p 857, BE-PS 586 365, BE-PS 581 631, 3A-A 14565/60, 3A-A 168/52).
Auf Grund des Erfordernisses, dieHowever, the Anspinntechnik according to this method is difficult, the mechanical engineering effort and space requirements are high. Due to the requirement, the
Einzel- bzw. To introduce single or partial cable in a highly plastic state in the second bath, must be compared to the one-bath process at reduced spinning speed. The use of regenerating systems for fiber cables with the usual post-treatment by neutral washing and desulfurization incurs disadvantages due to poorly resolved fiber stacks.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention > '> '
The object of the invention is to produce regenerated fibers which can be assigned in use value between normal single-bath staple fibers and high-quality multi-fiber staple fibers, without having to use the Mehrbadgalettenverfahren and a reduction of the spinning speed. r ,
The object of the invention is to produce a wool type (type 'N) and a cotton type (type B) from a low-alkaline viscose which is uniform in the basic composition and to spin this viscose at the temperatures customary for one-bath processes.
Aufrechterhaltung des Durchschnittspolymerisationsgrades von 290 320, erhöht wurde, zu zwei Drittel zum Typ'W bei einer Viskosereife von 94 - 98 EZ30 und einer Temperatur von 48 - 52 0C in zinkarme Spinnbäder mit 84 - 88 g H SO,, 320 - 340 g Na3SO4 und 3-5 g ZnSO4 pro Liter, zu einem Drittel zum Typ 8 bei einer Viskosereife von 100 - 104According to the invention, for low-loss, low-loss spinning of higher-grade regenerated fibers, low-viscosity viscose, which has been increased by 6 10 % in the cellulose concentration with a corresponding increase in viscose viscosities, ie maintaining the average degree of polymerisation of 290 320, becomes two-thirds of type 'W at a viscose level from 94 to 98 EZ 30 and a temperature of 48 to 52 ° C. in low-zinc spinning baths containing 84 to 88 g of H 2 SO 4 , 320 to 340 g of Na 3 SO 4 and 3-5 g of ZnSO 4 per liter, one-third to the type 8 at a viscosity of 100-104

Multi-hole nozzles with 2000-60000 boreholes are used, and a partial cable made up of 2 to 8 spinning units at a distance of a maximum of 3 m, based on the furthest away from the spinning station, is passed through a washing bath which, in the case of type W 3 - 4% by mass H 3 SO 4 at 30 - 40 0 C, the type B contains 3 - 4 mass HpSO 4 at 20 - 25 0 C and in which by variable, rigid yarn guide a Waschstreckeneinstellung of 0.80 - 2.40 m after the first part cable to 0.40 - 1, 20 m after the last sub-cable is made.
The constructed according to the countercurrent principle method of guiding the washing liquids is designed so that the absorbed by the main take-off, equalized main cable in type W is passed through a plasticizing, which is supplied with water of 35 - 45 0 C from the neutral washing stages of fiber post-treatment. The xDurchsatzmenge is designed so that a concentration of H 2 SO 4 of 1 - 30% is present Kabelverstreckung made - 2 mass% for the A to 20th
'The upper part of this bath is used to supply the wash bath. The again occurring here Badüberschuß is repelled into the channel. '

.and 40 - 60 % at a temperature of 55 65 0 C is stretched. After enrichment to 1 - 2.Masseprozent H-SO. and again cooling to 20 - 25 0 C, the bath is discharged into the washing bath circulation. The resulting excess bath is passed completely into the Spinnbadsysteme. ,
The regeneration of the relaxed main cable type W or B is done in a known manner at 92-94 0 C in 0.5-1% sulfuric acid in a closed tube system with coupled carbon disulfide recovery ·
,The fiber cables of type W and B are cut to the required staple length and with 65 - 75 0 C hot, neutral to slightly alkaline water, which is removed from the subsequent washing and sodium hydroxide solution is added (pH 7 - 10) and 1 -2% by mass Na ^ SO ^, 0.02% by mass of oxidants, such as NaOCl or HO, and the same amount of washing-active substances based on sulfonic acid compounds, suspended on the aftertreatment machine. .
Anschließend erfolgt die Neutralwäsche bei 70 - 80 0C.The subsequent treatment of the fiber material is carried out at 75-85 0 C at an acid concentration from .05 to 0.15% by mass of H 3 SO 4, said Waschbadkonzentration and temperature by mixing neutral water of ftachbehandlungsmaschine with verschlepptem alkaline water of Faseraufschwemmung and hot upper reaches of water is achieved from the type W regenerators. Then, the neutral wash is carried out at 70-80 0 C.
The sulphide-free wastewater is fed to the channel after filtration and passage of heat exchangers.
The preferably heated to 30 - 35 0 G viscose for the production of the type B is added immediately before spinning with 0.2-0.4 mass% modifier, based on the cellulose content of the viscose, the same parts by mass of oxaethylated fatty amines and polyaethylene oxide consists.
