Erfindungsanspruch:Invention claim:
Mn-Al-Mehrstoffbronze für Schiffspropeller, insbesondere für hochbelastbare große Fest- und Verstellpropeller mit und ohne Eisklasse sowie entsprechend den lACS-Vorschriften 120derCu-Kategorie4mit einer Mindestbruchdehung von ^"/ ,gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sich die Legierung aus den anteiligen LegierungselementenMn-Al multi-fuel bronze for ship propellers, in particular for heavy-duty large fixed and variable pitch propellers with and without ice class and according to the lACS regulations of Cu category 4 with a minimum breaking elongation of "/, characterized in that the alloy consists of the proportionate alloying elements
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a manganese-aluminum multi-fuel bronze (hereinafter called Mn-Al-Mehrstoffbronze) for ship propellers according to DD-PS 154548, especially for heavy-duty ship propeller.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungCharacteristic of the known technical solution
The Mn-Al multi-material bronze according to DD-PS 154548 was specially developed for ship propellers, which has the good melting and pouring property in its production and can be easily processed without additional heat treatment. Due to the low elongation at break of this material of 15 = 15%, this material does not fulfill the classification requirements for ship propellers with the highest requirements of the Cu category 4.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to further develop the material according to DD-PS 154548 so that while maintaining its positive properties, in particular the good corrosion, cavitation and erosion resistance and favorable properties in terms of its production this also for rough heavy-duty fixed pitch propellers and for pitch propellers can be used in compliance with the requirements of the classification provisions, in particular for ice classes and the lACS regulations 120.
Charakteristik der technischen LösungCharacteristic of the technical solution
The object of the invention is based on the material Mn-Al-Mehrstoffbronze for ship propeller according to DD-PS 154548, this is by changing its chemical composition for ship propellers of any diameter and maximum load, especially for ship propeller with and without ice class and accordingly to develop JACS requirements 120 for Cu category 4. An elongation at break of at least 19% must be ensured. It has been found that the task can be solved by a targeted change in the alloy content of the material according to DD-PS 154548 for zinc and aluminum, in particular by reducing their wt .-%. The reduction of the weight proportions was accordingly at Zn to 5.5 to 2.0 wt .-% and at Al to 7.0 to 6.0 wt .-%. This targeted modification of the Zn and Al alloy components makes it possible to manufacture Mn-Al multi-fuel bronze propellers for all applications and sizes, including ship propellers with and without ice class, as well as IACB regulations.
The positive effect that can be achieved with the change in the chemical composition is that at a lower Al and Zn content and while maintaining the good strength properties, the elongation at break can be increased substantially to = 19%. This value is therefore above the internationally required values and thus fulfills the condition of the mentioned classification regulations according to IACS as well as for ship propellers with ice class. At the same time a positive economic effect is achieved, since starting from the cheaper starting material used, the new material can be produced more cost-effectively compared with the materials used hitherto.
So wurde unter anderem eine Legierungszusammensetzung folgender Art gewähltSubsequently, the chemical composition and the achieved mechanical properties will be re-named on an exemplary embodiment of a ship propeller with ice class. For example, an alloy composition of the following type was selected
