Description
The invention relates to a process for n-Paraffingewinnung with Zeolithmolekuiarsieben type 5 A from hydrorefined hydrocarbon mixtures boiling range 463 K to 593 K.
It is known that η-paraffins can be obtained with the aid of zeolite molecular sieves, preferably those of type 5 A, from complex hydrocarbon mixtures such as petroleum distillates. It is also known that the petroleum distillates contain substances which reduce the economics of the molecular sieve separation process. They are therefore subjected to catalytic hydrorefining to degrade olefins and organic hetero-compounds. WP 56885 describes a process for the catalytic hydro-refining of distillates of petroleum distillates from 463 to 573 K, which is capable of lowering the levels of organically bonded heteroatoms and olefin scavengers required for many molecular sieve processes. For example, the sulfur content of 0.5 to 1.0 mass% is reduced to pitches up to 50 ppm. For the separation of the dissolved in the raffinate degradation products of catalytic hydrorefining, hydrogen sulfide, water and short-chain hydrocarbons, a relaxation in a distillation column is proposed. However, it has been shown that the cleaning effect is insufficient, so that an additional stripping with superheated steam must be made. The refined hydrocarbon mixture is saturated with water. Since the water solubility is lower at low temperatures, a large part of the water can be excreted by cooling and separated with filter water separators. The disadvantage of this procedure is that in principle receives only one feedstock for the molecular sieve separation process, which is saturated at the deposition temperature with water. A major drawback is further that considerable amounts of energy are required for cooling and subsequent heating of the hydrocarbon mixture.
According to DD-WP 72090, a process for the two-stage hydrorefining of lubricating oil products is known wherein the first stage hydroraffinate is stripped with cycle gas under process pressure to remove the reaction products interfering with the second stage refining contact. The target product of such a hydrorefining is water-saturated, has a positive Cu strip test, and thus is not suitable as a feedstock for a molecular sieve adsorption process. It would be obvious to dry the hydrocarbon mixture with molecular sieves of type 4A or with silica gel, but in this case the temperature must not be too high, so that the product must also be cooled and then heated. In addition, it takes considerable amounts of energy for the reactivation of the adsorbents, which would be carried out because of the adhering hydrocarbons with non-combustible gases as an aid. As a result, high expenses are also necessary for this procedure. The undesirable effect of water on Type 5 A molecular sieves in n-paraffin recovery processes is that their impact with increasing run time causes a loss of capacity for the η-paraffins which can not be removed by conventional oxidative reactivation processes. In WP 113204, WP 113205 and WP 123442, therefore, specific reactivation methods for eliminating these molecular sieve damages are proposed.
Furthermore, it is known that in n-paraffin recovery processes which use an adsorption accompanying gas and a displacing agent such as ammonia for desorption, mixing of the adsorption accompanying gas and the desorbing agent inevitably occurs during the adsorption phase. This mixing is eliminated by a water wash of the Adsorptionsbegleitgases. A disadvantage of this procedure is that also adjusts a certain water vapor pressure in the Adsorptionsbegleitgas and after the recovery of the desorber from the solution in this laundry. The level of water vapor pressure is determined essentially by the temperature of the water and the desorbent concentration. Elimination of the water content of the gases requires high expenses and is avoided despite the undesirable effect on the molecular sieve. In addition, it is known that rinsing of the molecular sieve beds is carried out in n-paraffin recovery processes following adsorption. The rinse product has a high n-paraffin content. It is attributed to improve the yield in the adsorption process.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of n-Paraffingewinnung with Zeolithmolekuiarsieben the type 5 A from hydrorefined hydrocarbon mixtures in the boiling range 463 to 593 K by reducing energy consumption and the number of process stages and by increasing the service life of the molecular sieves.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
It is the object of the invention to obtain from petroleum distillates in the boiling range 463 to 593 K in a simple manner for the n-Paraffingewinnung with Zeolithmolekuarsieben type 5 A suitable feedstock, which is substantially free of water, hydrogen sulfide, light hydrocarbons and organic hetero compounds to thereby reduce the number of necessary process steps and the energy consumption and at the same time to create the possibility of reducing the proportion of water vapor which passes through the Adsorptionsbegleitgaswäsche on the molecular sieve, so that the transit time of the molecular sieves and their capacity for η-paraffins is increased.

The object of the invention is achieved in that the water, hydrogen sulfide and light hydrocarbons in dissolved form containing hydrorefined hydrocarbon mixture, optionally with the addition of much water and η-paraffin-containing rinsing product of the adsorption-Desorptionstrennstufe, in a distillation column with refinery gases, such as the cycle gases from hydrorefining plants or reformer surplus gases, optionally subjected to hydrogen sulfide separation, and fed directly to the n-paraffin separation. This procedure is made possible by the specific application, since the influence of hydrogen, methane and other light hydrocarbons containing the refinery gases on the flash point of the hydrocarbon mixture in the further processing does not interfere.
The process according to the invention is expediently carried out in such a way that the catalytic gas present at 3.0 to 7.0 MPa and 293 to 333 K is converted into the catalytic! Hydroraffination or the reformer excess gas, preferably after the separation of the hydrogen sulfide, with absorbents such as. B. aqueous solutions of the sodium or potassium salt of monomethylaminoacetic acid may have been carried out so that the gas is saturated with water vapor under these conditions and may contain up to 0.5 vol .-% H 2 S, a partial stream and removes it in the Swamp of a distillation column passes. The hydrocarbon mixture contaminated after the separation from the recirculation gas of the hydrorefining with water, hydrogen sulfide and light hydrocarbons is also fed to the distillation column, optionally with admixture of the rinse product of the adsorption-desorption separation stage containing much water and .eta. Paraffin, where it is at a temperature of 373 to 493 K and pressing 0.05 to 0.5 MPa from the impurities. It has been found that the gas quantities at a ratio of gas volume to hydrocarbon volume of 4: 1 to 20: 1 are sufficient for the purification and that the admission of the column with a reflux of the resulting top product increases the distillative effect of the separation of the light hydrocarbons.
It is a feature of the invention that the obtained at the bottom of the distillation column at 373 to 493 K raffinate rinse product mixture is virtually free of hydrogen sulfide, a water separation by cooling to room temperature does not occur and the concentration of light hydrocarbons equal to or less than known method, so that it 'without intercooling, filter water separation and reheating with high temperature level in the process stage n-Paraffingewinnung can be converted. As a result, the energy consumption of the overall process decreases significantly, a process stage can be saved and at the same time the duration of the molecular sieves is increased. Furthermore, the process of the invention is characterized by the use of a refinery gas containing hydrogen, light hydrocarbons, water and hydrogen sulfide.
In an n-paraffin extraction plant, within which a hydrofinishing plant, which originally operated according to the method described in WP 56885, is operated, a feedstock for n-paraffin extraction was produced on an industrial scale, wherein the removal of the interfering components by the inventive method under the following operating conditions tested has been.
