Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the stabilization of cyanuric acid activated paper which is used for the transfer of compounds from separating gels and affinity chromatography studies. It has been found that storage of the activated, washed and vacuum-dried paper under vacuum achieves a storage life of at least 8 weeks without loss of activity. Vacuum packaging provides the prerequisites for a broad application of the activated paper without elaborate preparations.

The aim of the invention is to develop a method for the stabilization of activated with gyanuric chloride paper.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a process for the stabilization of paper activated with cyanuric chloride by suitable pretreatment.
According to the invention, with cyanuric chloride activated Pa ~ pier after completion of the Y / aschprozedur (2 χ dioxane, 1 χ dioxane / glacial acetic acid / water, 1 χ Y / asser) dried in vacuo and then aufzubevrahrt under vacuum · The activation over a longer period received. The process has the advantage that the dried, vacuum-packed CC paper can be stored without loss of activity,
It can without further preparations immediately for the coupling of connections, u. a, of nucleic acids (V / P C 12 D / 218 847) and of proteins with customary transfer methods (Southern technology, electrotransfer etc.).

Thereafter, the pilates were washed several times with water, air dried and the bound radioactivity determined by scintillation measurement.
It could be shown that even after 8 weeks of storage time, CG filters stored under vacuum still show the full coupling activity (15-20 / Ug DUS / cm paper) β Other storage conditions (eg, welded without vacuum in foil, other pretreatment of the filters) led to rapid inactivation of the paper due to hydrolysis of the active Cl groups.
