It is known to surround the joints of cables with housings which are filled with electrically isolated potting compounds:
Bei anderen bekannten Montageverfahren werden elektrische Isolierbänder um die Verbindungsstelle gewickelt oder spezielle Formteile aufgeschrumpft;..Depending on the type of sealing compound, the housing as a lost or reusable form, in use. In other known mounting method electrical insulating tapes are wound around the joint or shrunk special molded parts, ..
In most cases, the commissioning of cable connections is also associated with a high level of assembly and assembly

.It is the object of the invention the prefabrication, assembly and material costs, in particular to special electrotechnical components, at. the manufacture of cable connections, in particular for plastisolier.te. Low voltage cable, lower and lower. Fault case, shutdown times as short as possible to keep. ,
The invention is based on the object, the advantages of shrink technology in the manufacture of cable connections, especially for low-voltage cable with plastic insulation, while eliminating their disadvantages. use·
Die Nachteile der Schrumpftechnologie sind insbesondereζ The disadvantages of shrink technology are in particular ζ

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the conductors connected in a known manner are surrounded with insulating sheaths, which only need loosely enclose the conductor and possibly at their ends and on their periphery with an electrically insulating, adhesive kneadable mass, covered, '

Schmelzklebstoff schicht umhüllt-·Subsequently, the casings are wrapped with a, preferably, tension-resistant tape and as a moisture-proof, mechanical protection with a. Hot melt layer coated ·
·The invention will be explained in more detail below using the example of the connection of a plastic insulated 1 kV four-wire cable ». ·
After the conductors have been connected in a known manner by pressing, welding or soldering, it is preferable to apply longitudinally divided blanks made of commercial pipes or hoses, for example, polyethylene pipes, to the conductor connection point in such a way that they correspond to the length and the diameter of the missing wire insulation Cover the conductor insulation cover on both sides. Undivided pipes must be pushed on before connecting the conductors. The ends of the tubes are sealed with an electrically insulating adhesive kneadable mass and the entire joint is wrapped with a preferably tension-resistant band, for example glass ribbon, "
The ends of the outer cable protection cover are cleaned, roughened, and the missing; Protective cover by one or more hot melt adhesive layers, which should be at least as strong as the protective cover itself, replaced. In order to achieve a good seal on the cable protection sheath, the hot melt adhesive layer, approximately in a length corresponding to the cable diameter, should cover it. The hot melt adhesive layer should adhere to the outer cable protection sheath and can be tamped with known applicators by trowelling the pulp. Mass, by surrounding heat-plastified. slab-shaped hot-melt adhesive blanks or with hot-melt adhesive coated bandages,
Montage in betriebsbereitem Zustand. ·The specific advantages of the solution according to the invention are to be seen in particular in that largely to the application of special electrical components. can be omitted. The conductors need mounting, e.g. in case of failure 'or branching sleeves, not disconnected, the cable connection is immediately after termination of the. Assembly in ready state. ·
