Description

The technical solution relates to a collapsible transport box made mainly of natural materials, where some of the walls may be flexible.

Prior art

At present, there are many different folding transport boxes on the market, which are, however, made mainly of plastic, all walls are solid, or they are crates, where all walls are not solid, reinforced with various elements on the edges of individual walls.

The disadvantage of the known transport boxes is, above all, their non-ecological nature, and in the case of crates with non-solid walls, their user-unpleasant unfolding and folding.

The essence of the technical solution

The above disadvantages are largely eliminated by the solution according to this utility model, where the bottom and the two opposite walls are made of natural material, preferably wood and its modifications, and the other opposite walls are made of flexible material, preferably textile, where the fabric is here from one piece, this piece forming two opposite sides and extending below or above the fixed bottom of the crate. On the sides of the fixed side panels, the textile side panel is detachably or non-detachably attached.

The fixed parts of the crate, i.e. the opposite sides and the bottom, are connected by means of conventional hinges, preferably spring-loaded, frictional or locking.

The advantage of such a solution is the fact that it does not contain any plastics, that the assembly, thanks to the use of spring hinges, keeps it open and the opening angle is given by the width of the fabric.

In the case of hinges with greater force, the crate can be equipped with a lock, a safety device against opening.

Holes are then created in the fixed side panels, serving as handles.

A possible variant is to form the sidewalls from flexible materials, preferably textile, as separate sidewalls without connecting the textile strip under the bottom of the crate.

Example of implementing a technical solution

Example 1

The collapsible transport box consists of a reinforcing bottom 1 and two fixed sides 2, where these parts are connected by means of spring hinges 3, for better stability of the open transport box. Handles 4 are formed in the fixed sidewalls 2. The other two sidewalls 5 are made of textile, where it is a strip 6 of textile, which is also stretched under the fixed bottom plate 1. The textile sidewalls 5 are attached to the sides of the fixed sidewalls 2. Fixed sidewalls 2 they are secured with the lock 7 when closed.

Example 2

The collapsible transport box consists of a reinforcing bottom 1 and two fixed sides 2, where these parts are connected by means of locking hinges 3, for setting different angles of opening of the transport box. This technical solution can be used in virtually all industries where there is an interest in ecological solutions for shipping boxes, especially for small consumers.

CLAIMS FOR PROTECTION A collapsible transport box, characterized in that it consists of a fixed bottom (1) and two fixed sides (2), these parts being connected by means of hinges (3), where handles (4) are formed in the fixed sides (2). and the second two sidewalls (5) are made of a strip (6) of flexible material which is also stretched under the fixed bottom plate (1), the sidewalls (5) being detachably mounted on the sides of the fixed sidewalls (2).
