Description

Paper box for packaging {PAPER BOX FOR PACKING}

The present invention relates to a paper box for packing, more specifically, to a paper box for packaging that is easy to assemble, has excellent strength, and has a clean appearance.

Paper, wood or plastic boxes are often used in the packaging and transportation of goods.

The wooden or plastic box is superior in terms of the stability of the package and the performance of the contents, but the manufacturing cost of the packaging container is high and the cost of the logistics is increased due to the weight of the package itself. In addition, the wooden box can cause damage to the forest, and the plastic box has a problem that can cause environmental pollution.

Paper boxes are weaker than wood or plastic boxes due to their material properties, but they are easy to manufacture and have low manufacturing cost and light weight. Thus, there may be a demand in the art for a more robust paper box.

Korean Patent No. 10-1506783 (Mar. 23, 2013) discloses a paper box structure that is easy to fold and handle, and a method of assembling the same.

The present invention has been devised in response to the background art described above, and is intended to provide a rigid paper box that can be easily rewritten and can maintain the structure of the box better.

The present invention is intended to provide a paper box which is excellent in strength and can be easily used and which can safely store contents.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a packaging paper box having a hexahedron shape is disclosed. Wherein the packaging paper box comprises an upper plate constituting an upper surface in a hexahedron form, a lower plate constituting a lower surface in the form of a hexahedron, an upper plate connected at one end to one end of the upper plate so as to be foldable, One end of the lower plate being foldably connected to one end of the lower plate to constitute a part of a side surface of the packing paper box, one end of the lower plate being connected to one end of the upper plate and the opposite end being connected to one end of the lower plate, A side plate constituting a part of a side surface of the paper box and a side plate blade which is partly connected to a side end portion of the side plate so as to be foldable so as to constitute a part of a side surface of the packaging paper box together with the upper and lower plates, The side plate blade has a side plate blade protrusion that can engage with the lower plate engagement groove at the lower end, And a lower plate coupling groove capable of receiving the blade protrusion.

Alternatively, the upper side plate may have a collapsible upper side plate projecting portion engageable with the lower side plate engaging groove at an opposite end of one end portion connected to the upper plate of the upper side plate, the lower side plate being capable of receiving the upper side plate projection And a lower plate coupling groove.

Alternatively, the upper side projecting portion further includes a release handle projected in a direction opposite to the upper side plate projection so as to facilitate disengagement of the upper side plate and the lower side plate when the user opens the packaging paper box can do.

Alternatively, the lower plate engaging groove may be located at a portion where the lower plate and the lower plate are foldably connected.

Alternatively, the upper plate may include a handle portion folded in a direction opposite to the lower plate in the upper plate to become a handle of the packaging paper box.

Alternatively, the top plate may include a cover made of a transparent film on the bottom surface of the top plate so that the contents of the packaging paper box are not exposed to the outside, even when the tab is bent into a handle.

The present design can be easily rewritten and provide a sturdy paper box that can better maintain the structure of the box.

The present invention can provide a paper box which is excellent in strength and can be easily used and which can safely store contents.

The upper side plate projection 121 includes an unlocking handle 122 protruding in a direction opposite to the upper side plate projection so as to facilitate disengagement of the upper side plate and the lower side plate when the user opens the packaging paper box can do.

The packaging paper box 1000 according to one embodiment of the present invention can firmly hold the shape of the hexahedron by engaging the upper side plate projection 121 and the lower plate coupling groove 311. [ The user of the packaging paper box according to one embodiment of the present invention can easily release the engagement of the upper side plate 120 and the lower side plate 310 through the release tab 122 of the upper side plate projection 121 .

In the packaging paper box 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the side plate blade protrusion 211 and the lower plate coupling groove 301 are coupled to each other to maintain a solid hexahedron shape against the twist of the packaging paper box 1000 have.

3 is a perspective view illustrating an upper side plate and a lower side plate of a packaging paper box having a hexahedron shape according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The user releases the engagement between the upper side plate 120 and the lower side plate 310 when the contents of the packaging paper box 1000 are taken out, the upper side plate 120 is opened upward, the lower side plate 310 is opened downward, The side plate wings 210 can be opened laterally to take out the contents.

The upper side plate 120 is foldably connected to one end of the upper plate 100 and can be folded at a predetermined angle with the upper plate 100. The upper side plate 120 may form a part of the side surface of the packaging paper box 1000 when folded to be perpendicular to the upper plate 100, for example. The upper side plate 120 may include an upper side plate protrusion 121 which can engage with the lower side plate engaging groove 311 of the lower side plate 310. The upper side plate 120 can be folded up and opened.

The lower side plate 310 may include a lower side plate coupling groove 311 capable of receiving the upper side plate projection 121. The lower side plate 310 may constitute a part of the side surface of the packaging paper box 1000 when the lower side plate 310 is folded at a right angle with the lower plate 300. The lower side plate 310 may be separated from the upper side plate 120 Then folded down and open.

The side plate wings 210 can constitute a part of a side surface perpendicular to the side plate 200 of the packaging paper box 1000. The side plate wings 210 may constitute a part of the side surface such as the upper side plate 120 and the lower side plate 310 in the packaging paper box 1000. The side plate wings 210 prevent warping of the packaging paper box 1000 so that the shape of the packaging paper box 1000 is more firmly maintained so that the packaging paper box 1000 can protect the contents.
