Abstract

Description

The technical solution relates to a collapsible transport box made mainly of natural materials, where some of the walls may be flexible.

Prior art

At present, there are many different collapsible transport boxes on the market, but they are made mainly of plastics, all walls are solid, or they are crates where not all walls are solid, reinforced with various elements at the edges of individual walls.

The disadvantage of the known transport boxes is above all their non-ecological nature, furthermore, in the case of transport boxes not with solid walls, their user-uncomfortable unfolding and folding.

The essence of the technical solution

These disadvantages are largely eliminated by the solution according to this technical solution, where the bottom and the two opposite walls are made of natural material, preferably wood and its modifications, and the other opposite walls are made of flexible material, preferably textile, where the fabric is made of one piece, this piece forming two opposite sides and extending below or above the fixed bottom of the transport box. On the sides of the fixed side panels, the textile side panel is detachably or non-detachably attached.

The fixed parts of the transport box, i.e. the opposite sides and the bottom, are connected by means of conventional hinges, preferably spring-loaded, frictional or locking.

The advantage of such a solution is the fact that it does not contain any plastics, that the assembly is kept open due to the use of spring hinges and the opening angle is given by the width of the fabric.

For the case of hinges with greater force, it is possible to equip the transport box with a lock and a safety device against opening. Holes are then formed in the fixed sidewalls to serve as handles.

A possible variant is to form the sidewalls from flexible materials, preferably textile, as separate sidewalls, without connecting the textile strip under the bottom of the crate.

Example 1
