Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Stávající komerční kotce jsou řešeny s ohledem na využití zejména v podmínkách zemědělské velkovýroby, což znamená maximální využití plochy, jsou tedy striktně dodržována předepsaná prostorová minima. Tlak aktivistů a legislativa států EU omezuje použití těchto, jinak relativně bezproblémových kotců. Dokonce i části chovatelů proto tyto kotce nemusí plně vyhovovat, neboť někdy neumožňují dobrý a bezpečný přístup k prasnici i selatům a případnou bezpečnou manipulaci s nimi. Situace je řešena různým uspořádáním kotců, přičemž každé řešení přináší své výhody i nevýhody. Skloubit současné dodržování alespoň minimálních standardů pro ochranu hospodářských zvířat a bezpečnost pro ošetřovatele i zvířata není jednoduché.Existing commercial pens are designed with regard to the use especially in the conditions of large-scale agricultural production, which means maximum utilization of the area, so the prescribed spatial minimums are strictly observed. The situation is solved by different arrangement of pens, each solution brings its advantages and disadvantages. It is not easy to reconcile at least the minimum standards for the protection of livestock at the same time and the safety for both carers and animals.

Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution

Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje porodní kotec pro prasnice podle technického řešení, jehož podstata spočívá vtom, že je stabilně rozdělený na doupě pro selata, sloužící jako ložiště pro selata a společnou část pro prasnici i selata, kdy pohyblivá dvoudílná přepážka jev případě společného pobytu selat a prasnice odklopená nad únikový prostor pro selata a uchycena držákem. Porodní kotec pro prasnice podle technického řešení je charakterizován tím, že pohyblivá přepážka, tvořící po složení porodní klec, je dvojdílná a v období mimo její využití je uložena nad boční zábranou proti zalehnutí selat, v horní (neaktivní) i dolní (provozní) poloze je zajištěna západkou. Společná část 1 je dále jednoduše rozdělítelná pohyblivou dvoudílnou přepážkou 6 na středovou část, která je vybavena krmítkem 5 snapáječkou pro prasnici a kde lze v případě potřeby prasnici uzavřít.
