Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely to enterprises for the production of rabbit milk. It can be used as an installation for servicing wild animals by veterinarians, huntsmen and other specialists.

Rabbit milk is the most valuable preventive and therapeutic product for humans. However, its production is constrained by the lack of special milking machines with special machines for fixing animals during milking.

An analogue of the proposed device is a machine for fixing rabbits during milking, described in "Express Newspaper" No. 32 (394) for August 2002

The milking machine includes four stands with straps for fixing the paws of the animal in limbo.

The disadvantage of the analogue is the increased stress of rabbits, the fixation of her paws in an unnatural position during milking, the possible injury (dislocation) of the limbs, the time it takes to tie and untie the animals by two operators, the increased risk of milking operators being injured by rabbits, incomplete milk delivery under stress and its reduced quality.

The prototype of the proposed machine is a machine for milking cows (AS USSR SU 1665989 A1, A01J 7/00, milking machine) with fixing the animals on the floor with a front door with a feeder, side barriers from pipes separating animals in a row, and a rear arch , excluding the movement of animals back.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to use for rabbits.

The lack of fixation of the rabbit from above creates the possibility of jumping out, placing the animal on the floor with legs tight and free for movement creates a risk of injury to the operator and excludes the possibility of preparing the mammary gland for milk delivery and, consequently, of obtaining valuable milk for humans as a means of combating oncology.

When the animals are fixed, feces and urine are on the floor where the animal is standing, and the spray scatters on the structural elements of the equipment, which contributes to contamination of the product.

An object of the invention is to create a convenient design for fixing rabbits during milking, facilitating and comfortable working conditions for operators, painless and convenient placement of animals during milk transfer, under high sanitary conditions.

The task is achieved in a milking parlor for rabbits containing a floor, lattice side walls, front and rear doors, where according to the invention the side walls are integral with the ceiling and have a spherical shape, and the floor is made in the form of longitudinal shelves with pivoting wings attached to them, except in addition, the front door with an aperture and feeder is hinged on the longitudinal floor shelves, and the milking machine is equipped with a monorail for movement along the cages and a device for raising and lowering the ability to rotate around its axis 360 °.

Unlike the prototype, the rotating bottom flaps have the ability to open inside the cage, slightly raising the animal and spreading its legs for access to the nipples of the animal, and the resulting gap allows the stool and urine to be drained down without contaminating the equipment. The side walls, made at the same time with the ceiling and having a spherical shape, can move up and down, thereby fixing the animal from above during milking. A front door with an aperture and a feeder is hinged on the longitudinal floor shelves of the floor, this fastening allows you to free the feeder from the rest of the feed when opening the front door and turn on the UV irradiator for disinfection during the time the animal leaves the machine, after milking. Thus, the animal is maintained with minimal stress, labor and risk of injury. The quality of milk is close to natural, i.e. the goal is achieved.

- the presence of rotating bottom flaps installed at an angle ensures the raising and holding of the rabbit on the weight of the ends of the flaps elastic along the entire length of the body, ensures that injuries to rabbits and people are avoided;

- fixing the feeder to the pivoting door ensures its release from the remains of the feed, and disinfection eliminates the risk of transmission of the infection from animal to animal.
