Abstract

The shower, especially for temporary installations with frequent traffic, includes an independent base (1) with a rim (12), a recess (13) with an inserted siphon (3) and at least one channel (14) open from above for installing a waste pipe; and the shell (2) of the tub, in the space defined by the rim (12) with the drain (21) connected to the siphon (3). Advantageously, the supporting part of the base (1) is made solid with relief; a cap (32) is connected to the siphon (3) through the drain (21); and the waste pipe connection (31) is in the channel (14).

Vynález spadá do oblasti sanitárního vybavení s připojením na přívod vody a odpadní potrubí, specificky sprchových koutů, a dále vodovodních instalací určených zejména pro dočasné instalace.The invention falls into the field of sanitary equipment with a connection to the water supply and waste pipes, specifically showers, and also water installations intended mainly for temporary installations.

Sanitární zařízení určená pro dočasné instalace s frekventovaným provozem, příkladně na hudebních festivalech, v kempech či uprchlických táborech, mají oproti běžným instalacím v obytných domech řadu specifických požadavků. Je zde především nutnost rychlé instalace i následné demontáže zařízení a dále je z hlediska provozu klíčové, aby bylo v případě poruchy možné opravu provést co nejsnáze a s minimálním omezením chodu zařízení.Sanitary facilities intended for temporary installations with frequent traffic, for example at music festivals, in campsites or refugee camps, have a number of specific requirements compared to ordinary installations in residential buildings. There is above all the necessity of quick installation and subsequent dismantling of the equipment, and it is also crucial from the point of view of operation that in the event of a malfunction it is possible to carry out the repair as easily as possible and with minimal restrictions on the operation of the equipment.

Řešení známá ze stavu techniky, příkladně z dokumentu US 2011094027 A1, v podobě mobilních sprchových jednotek splňují výše uvedené požadavky, ovšem vykazují celou řadu jiných funkčních nedostatků, jako jsou slabá či nestabilní konstrukce náchylná k poškození, snížený komfort uživatele či nemožnost funkční instalace v mobilních obytných jednotkách.Solutions known from the state of the art, for example from the document US 2011094027 A1, in the form of mobile shower units meet the above requirements, but show a number of other functional shortcomings, such as a weak or unstable structure prone to damage, reduced user comfort or the impossibility of functional installation in mobile residential units.

Standardní sprchové kouty běžně instalované v domech či bytech se vyznačují silnou, stabilní a odolnou konstrukcí a poskytují uživateli vysoký komfort. Důsledkem jejich konstrukce je složitost a časová náročnost oprav i běžných závad, jako je příkladně ucpané odpadní potrubí. U řešení známého z dokumentu DE 10146812 A1 prochází odpadní potrubí pod vyzděnou odtokovou plochou, a výměna ucpaného odpadního potrubí tedy vyžaduje odstranění zděných částí a jejich opětovnou výstavbu. V případě řešení známých z dokumentů AU 645559 B2, US 2010180374 A1 a SE 512615 C2 je vanička integrální součástí celé konstrukce sprchového koutu, a výměna ucpaného odpadního potrubí či sifonu tedy vyžaduje demontáž a odstranění celého koutu. Dokument DE 19947400 A1 popisuje modulární systém sprchového koutu s odnímatelnou skořepinou vaničky, u kterého je ovšem odpadní potrubí umístěné na spodní straně těžké základny koutu, a výměna tohoto potrubí tedy vyžaduje jeho celkovou demontáž. Podobné řešení se stejnými nedostatky je dále známo z dokumentu WO 2018135578 A1. Odnímatelná skořepina vaničky je známa též z dokumentu NZ 286312 A, ovšem v rámci řešení z něj známého je odpadní potrubí umístěno uvnitř vyzděné základny koutu, což znemožňuje jeho výměnu bez zásahu do stavebních částí koupelny. Dokument DE 102010004356 A1 popisuje systém sprchového koutu opatřený výměnným odpadním potrubím, které je umístěné v kanálu v odtokové ploše a překryté tenkým krytem. Takovéto řešení je ovšem z principu nespolehlivé, jelikož do kanálu může okolo krytu a okolo potrubí snadno prosakovat voda a zatékat do konstrukce koutu, což je oproti domácímu použití významným nedostatkem při frekventovaném použití, které vyžaduje zvýšenou bytelnost.Standard shower enclosures commonly installed in houses or apartments are characterized by a strong, stable and durable construction and provide the user with high comfort. The consequence of their design is the complexity and time-consuming nature of repairs even of common defects, such as a clogged waste pipe. In the solution known from document DE 10146812 A1, the waste pipe passes under the bricked drain surface, and the replacement of the blocked waste pipe therefore requires the removal of the bricked parts and their reconstruction. In the case of the solutions known from the documents AU 645559 B2, US 2010180374 A1 and SE 512615 C2, the tub is an integral part of the entire structure of the shower corner, and the replacement of a clogged waste pipe or siphon therefore requires disassembly and removal of the entire corner. The document DE 19947400 A1 describes a modular system of a shower corner with a removable tray shell, in which, however, the waste pipe is located on the underside of the heavy base of the corner, and the replacement of this pipe therefore requires its total disassembly. A similar solution with the same shortcomings is further known from document WO 2018135578 A1. The removable tub shell is also known from document NZ 286312 A, but within the solution known from it, the waste pipe is placed inside the bricked base of the corner, which makes it impossible to replace it without interfering with the building parts of the bathroom. Document DE 102010004356 A1 describes a shower system equipped with a replaceable waste pipe, which is placed in a channel in the drain surface and covered with a thin cover. However, such a solution is in principle unreliable, as water can easily seep into the channel around the cover and around the pipe and flow into the construction of the corner, which is a significant disadvantage in frequent use, which requires increased durability, compared to domestic use.

Důsledkem výše uvedených nedostatků je, že řešení známá ze stavu techniky jsou principiálně náchylnější k poškození při vysoké frekvenci používání a dále také při ucpání odpadního potrubí vyžadují pro obnovu své funkčnosti natolik komplikovaný servisní zásah, že jsou zařízení vyřazena z provozu minimálně na řadu hodin. Nejsou tedy vhodná pro instalace s frekventovaným provozem, u nichž každé delší vyřazení z provozu znamená pro provozovatele i uživatele kritické problémy.The consequence of the above-mentioned shortcomings is that the solutions known from the state of the art are in principle more susceptible to damage with high frequency of use and also when the waste pipe is blocked, they require such a complicated service intervention to restore their functionality that the devices are taken out of operation for at least a number of hours. Claims

1. A shower, especially for temporary installations with frequent traffic, characterized by the fact that it includes an independent base (1) provided with a rim (12), a recess (13) with an inserted siphon 5 (3) and at least one channel (14) open from above for installation of waste pipes; and the shell (2) of the tub, located in the space defined by the rim (12) with the drain (21) connected to the siphon (3).

2. Shower according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting part of the base (1) is made solid with a relief (15).

3. Shower according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a cover (32) is connected to the siphon (3) 10 through the drain (21).

4. Shower according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connection (31) of the waste pipe is located in the channel (14).
