Abstract
Druhý z obměňovaných obrazů je 2D mapa, která obsahuje tematický kartografický produkt obsahující kartografické informace včetně výškového čárového značení identického prostoru jako mapa 3D.A tool for teaching the ability to read line elevation markers in maps using a lenticular product with the function of exchanging 3D and 2D map images is formed from a single image created using lenticular technology. The aid contains at least two interchangeable images of identical space, which alternate by changing the angle of view of the image by tilting the aid from left to right or from right to left. One of the varied images of this tool is a 3D map, which is created using a lenticular foil using a seemingly 3D spatial effect and which contains elevation line markings of a certain space and scale. The second of the changed images is a 2D map, which contains a thematic cartographic product containing cartographic information, including height line marking of identical space as the 3D map.
Description
Pomůcka pro výuku dovednosti číst čárové výškopisné značky v mapách využívající lentikulární produkt s funkcí obměny zdánlivě 3D a 2D mapových obrazůAn aid for teaching the skill of reading line height markers on maps using a lenticular product with the function of alternating between apparently 3D and 2D map images
Oblast technikyField of technology
Technické řešení vynálezu se týká výroby pomůcky pro výuku čtení výškopisných značek v kartografiiThe technical solution of the invention relates to the production of an aid for teaching the reading of altimetry marks in cartography
Dosavadní stav technikyCurrent state of the art
Reading the elevation of 2D maps is an activity that requires imagination. 3D maps are used for teaching to imagine the space expressed by height markers, made by shaping map-printed plastics and then vacuum shaped according to a milled matrix. Thanks to this, students can also use touch. These aids are very effective and in demand. However, they are difficult to store and handle.
Another very effective tool is the apparently 3D maps produced by lenticular technology with a spatial effect. These are used to create a comparison of two spatially identical parts - one part is a 2D map with 2D elevation markings and the other part is an apparently 3D map with a spatial effect and 3D elevation markings. Lenticular 3D maps with a spatial effect are used both opaque and transparent, which allow the student to perceive the relief of the 3D map at one moment and at the same time the relief of the 2D map in the view, if the 3D is superimposed on the 2D.
These aids created by lenticular images with a spatial effect are also very effective, not demanding to store and handle. Their disadvantage lies in the fact that their use is still limited and the scope of the solved problem is also limited.
