Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu rozběhu tkacího stroje, při kterém se z klidu do pracovní rychlosti rozběhne přírazové ústrojí tkacího paprsku (3), u kterého se před úvratí v prohozní poloze útku kinetická energie pohybujících se částí přírazového ústrojí mění na potenciální energii se deformujícího prostředku a za úvratí v prohozní poloze útku se potenciální energii pružně deformovaného prostředku mění na kinetickou energii pohybujících se částí přírazového ústrojí tkacího paprsku (3). Přírazové ústrojí tkacího paprsku (3) se z klidu v první fázi pohání menší rychlostí a větší silou, kterou se pružně deformovatelný prostředek před úvratí v prohozní poloze útku pružně deformuje, a následně se přírazové ústrojí tkacího paprsku ve druhé fázi pohání větší rychlostí blížící se rychlosti pracovní a menší silou, přičemž se pružně deformovatelný prostředek vrací do původního tvaru. Vynález se také týká zařízení k rozběhu tkacího stroje, jehož přírazové ústrojí tkacího paprsku (3) obsahuje bidlen (1) uložený na prostředcích pružně deformovatelných ve směru pracovního pohybu bidlenu (1) mezi jeho přírazovou polohou a prohozní polohou útku, přičemž bidlen (1) je prostřednictvím ojnice (4), kliky (51) a klikového hřídele (52) spřažen s elektropohonem (6). Elektropohon (6) obsahuje pracovní hnací elektromotor (61) a rozběhový hnací elektromotor (62), přičemž výstupní hřídele obou elektromotorů (61, 62) jsou spřáhnuty s přepínatelnou hnací spojkou (56), jejíž výstupní část je propojitelná s výstupním hřídelem rozběhového hnacího elektromotoru (62) a/nebo s výstupním hřídelem pracovního hnacího elektromotoru (61).BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for starting a weaving machine in which a weaving device (3) is started from rest to working speed, in which the kinetic energy of the moving parts of the thrashing device is transformed into a potentially energy-deforming means and after the dead center position. In the weft position, the potential energy of the elastically deformed device is converted into kinetic energy of the moving parts of the weaving device (3). The thrust mechanism of the weaving beam (3) is driven from rest in a first stage by a lower speed and more force by which the resiliently deformable means is elastically deformed before the dead center position in the weft insertion position, and subsequently the weaving device of the weaving beam in the second stage is driven at a greater speed approaching the speed working and less force, the resiliently deformable means returning to its original shape. The invention also relates to a device for starting a weaving machine, the ratchet device of the weaving beam (3) comprising a batten (1) mounted on means elastically deformable in the direction of the working movement of the batten (1) between its beat position and the weft insertion position, the batten (1) is coupled to the electric drive (6) via the connecting rod (4), crank (51) and crankshaft (52). The electric drive (6) comprises a working drive electric motor (61) and a starting drive electric motor (62), wherein the output shafts of the two electric motors (61, 62) are coupled to a switchable drive clutch (56), the output section of which is connectable to the output shaft of the drive motor. (62) and / or with the output shaft of the working drive motor (61).
