Jsou známa i řešení, umožňující výrobu předenoskaných přízí využívajících rotorových dopřádacích strojů, kdy lineární materiál je ovíjen staplovou přízí vlivem rotace rotoru, přičemž vstupní rychlost lineárního materiálu je shodná s výstupní rychlostí výsledného materiálu.So far, the elastic yarn is produced on conventional spinning machines, respectively. on twisting machines that allow the elastic linear material to be bonded - an elastomer with a fibrous material. Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Vynález řeší možnost výroby elastické příze na rotorových dopřádacích strojích. Zařízení dle vynálezu umožňuje přívod lineárního elastického materiálu - elastomer do rotoru v předpjatém stavu, tj. vstupní rychlost elastomeru do rotoru je nižší než rychlost výstupní. S výhodou lze využít poměr těchto rychlostí např. 1 : 3,5, kdy je rychlost přiváděného elastomeru odvozena přímo od odtahové rychlosti výsledné příze.The invention solves the possibility of producing elastic yarn on rotor spinning machines.
