Abstract
Description
Nádoba na nápojeContainer for drinks
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Technické řešení se týká nádoby na nápoje, zejména pro lihoviny a likéry, ve tvaru sklenky tvořené dnem a boční stěnou, jejíž vnitřní a vnější povrch přechází do vnitřního a vnějšího povrchu dna.The invention relates to a beverage container, in particular for spirits and liqueurs, in the form of a glass formed by a bottom and a side wall, the inner and outer surfaces of which pass into the inner and outer surfaces of the bottom.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Numerous designs of alcoholic beverages and liqueurs with a variety of wall shapes are known to contribute, inter alia, to enhancing the aroma of a beverage contained in a glass. To increase the aroma of the beverage, alcoholic beverages and liqueurs tend to have walls that approach each other away from the bottom of the glass so that the opening through which the aroma of the beverage escapes is small and allows a pleasant inhalation of aromatic vapors. To increase the aroma of the beverage, the bottom of the glass tends to be larger in relation to the opening so that the vaporization surface of the beverage is as large as possible. It is known that by grasping the glass in your hand, the beverage can be moved in a slight circular motion, wetting the beverage and the inner surface of the walls, thereby increasing the evaporation surface of the beverage. For easier movement of the beverage, the beverage glasses have a shank between the flat base and the bottom, by which the glass can be easily gripped. After placing the glass on the table, the beverage inside the glass will cool down and to move the beverage again, lift the glass again and move it in slight circular movements. It often happens that a glass of beverage capsizes when placed on a table with a flat pedestal. Given the skill level required when handling a glass, the aforementioned scent evaluation is only performed before the first taste of the beverage. The object of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and to provide a beverage container in the form of a glass which allows for an increased aroma effect of the beverage, easier handling and safe laying on the table and is easy and cost-effective to produce.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Výhody nádoby na nápoje podle technického řešeníDisadvantages of the prior art are substantially eliminated and the objective of the invention is fulfilled by a beverage container, especially for spirits and liqueurs, in the form of a glass formed by a bottom and a side wall, the inner and outer surfaces of which pass into the inner and outer surfaces of the bottom; at least the central portions have a rounded, symmetrical surface shape along the glass axis, wherein the mass center of the container lies between the outer surface of the bottom and the center of curvature of the outer surface of the central portion of the bottom, preferably between the outer and inner surface. According to a preferred embodiment, the outer surface of the bottom of the container may at least have a spherical surface in the central part, the inner surface of the bottom may have a concave, preferably flat or convex shape, passing into the inner surface of the wall. The inner surface of the bottom may preferably be rough or matt. The thickness of the bottom of the container may preferably increase in the direction from the wall to the center of the bottom. Preferably, a weight can also be mounted in the center of the bottom. Finally, the wall of the container in the form of a cylinder or polygon may be tapered away from the bottom. The beverage container according to the invention can be made of glass, plastic. wood or the like. The round or spherical shape of the outer surface of the bottom and the placement of the material center of the beverage container also prevent spontaneous overturning, whether empty or containing beverage containers. The beverage container according to the invention automatically returns from an inclined position to a vertical position. The position of the center of gravity on the container axis ensures that the beverage container does not move or overturn without kinetic energy transmission. In addition to the claimed embodiments of the invention, the beverage container may have a variety of internal, e.g. The weight provided in the bottom of the beverage container may advantageously be arranged just below the outer surface of the bottom and may consist of various objects embedded in the bottom, which in the case of a glass container also contributes to its attractiveness. The weight may consist of bubbles filled with a material with a higher specific gravity than the bottom and wall. Advantages of the beverage container according to the invention

Přehled obrázků na výkresechBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
3, obr. 4, obr. 5, obr. 6 příkladné tvary stěn nádoby na nápoje. The beverage container according to the invention is illustrated in greater detail with reference to the drawings in which: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal vertical section of a flat-bottomed container; FIG. 2 a longitudinal vertical section of a convex-bottomed container; FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. FIG. 6 shows exemplary wall shapes of a beverage container.
Příkladné provedení technického řešení ío Podle obr. 1 je nádoba I tvořená sklenkou s dnem 2 s vnitřním povrchem 4 a s vnějším povrchem 3 a stěnou 5 s vnitřním povrchem 7 a vnějším povrchem 8. Díky umístění hmotného středu nádobyDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to Fig. 1, the container 1 is a glass having a bottom 2 with an inner surface 4 and an outer surface 3 and a wall 5 with an inner surface 7 and an outer surface 8. The outer surface 3 of the bottom 2 has a spherical surface extending continuously into the outer surface 8 of the cylindrical wall 5. The outer surface 3 of the bottom 2 in the form of a spherical surface is most preferred, but it may also have another round shape, symmetrical to the container axis, for example elliptical. Due to the location of the material center of the container
Dle obr. 3, 4, 5, 6 mohou mít stěny 5 nádoby 1 tvary pětiúhelníku, šestiúhelníku, osmiúhelníku, dvanáctiúhelníku a neznázoměných dalších n-úhelníků.Even in the space between the bottom surface 3 and the center of curvature of the surface of the outer surface 3 of the central part of the bottom 2, the container is stable in that it returns to its original equilibrium position after tilting sideways. In order to stabilize the container 1 in the equilibrium position, the thickness of the bottom 2 of the container 1 increases in the direction from the wall 5 to the center of the bottom 2. In the central part of the outer surface 3 of the bottom 2 there is a weight 9, which serves to further increase the stability of the container 1 in the equilibrium position. The weight can be made of metal shaped pieces inserted into glass, it can also be made of glass ice of different thickness and the like. The wall 5 of the container 1 can have the shape of a cylinder according to Fig. 1. 4, 5, 6, 7. The wall 5 of the container 1 can preferably be tapered away from the bottom 2. The container 1 according to FIG. 2 has a wall 5 with an inner surface 7 extending through an arc 10 of radius D to the inner surface 4 of the base 2. The inner surface 4 of the base 2 is convex and thus forms an area 11 with a radius of curvature. 4 of the base 2 and an annular recess 12 is thus formed between the inner surface 7 of the wall 5. In the convex region 11, the bottom mass 2 is preferably concentrated, which increases the stability of the glass when tilted. Due to the annular recess 12, the liquid in the container does not spill far from the center of the glass but remains in the annular recess 12. it flows from one part of the annular recess 12 to the other and thus does not increase the moment of force that tilts the container 1 sideways. The design increases significantly the stability of the container and makes it possible to select the most advantageous proportional dimensions and shapes of the container 1 and the bottom 2, in which the glasses significantly return to the equilibrium position. According to FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6, the walls 5 of the container 1 may be in the form of a pentagon, hexagon, octagon, dodecagon and other n-angles (not shown).
