Abstract
Περιγράφεται συσκευή κατεργασίας υγρού για την κατεργασία υγρής ουσίας με πολλαπλές συστατικές ουσίες, για τον έλεγχο μίας ή περισσότερων συστατικών ουσιών. Η συσκευή έχει θάλαμο αντίδρασης, είσοδο υγρού προσαρμοσμένη να παρέχει ρευστή επικοινωνία από εξωτερική τροφοδοσία υγρής ουσίας που πρόκειται να υποβληθεί σε κατεργασία στον εν λόγω θάλαμο αντίδρασης, μέσω της οποίας η εν λόγω υγρή ουσία μπορεί να διέλθει εντός και διαμέσου του εν λόγω θαλάμου αντίδρασης, έξοδο υγρού προσαρμοσμένη να παρέχει ρευστή επικοινωνία από τον εν λόγω θάλαμο αντίδρασης, μέσω της οποίας η εν λόγω υγρή ουσία μπορεί να διέλθει εντός και διαμέσου του εν λόγω θαλάμου αντίδρασης, τουλάχιστον έναν πρώτο κυματοδηγό ηλεκτρομαγνητικής ακτινοβολίας (EMR), με τουλάχιστον μία θύρα εισόδου πρώτου κυματοδηγού λειτουργικά συζευγμένη εντός του εν λόγω θαλάμου αντίδρασης και προσαρμοσμένη για σύζευξη της ηλεκτρομαγνητικής ακτινοβολίας προκαθορισμένου πρώτου μήκος κύματος σε υγρή ουσία που διέρχεται διαμέσου του εν λόγω θαλάμου αντίδρασης.
