Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε εγκατάσταση συμπαραγωγής ηλεκτρικής και θερμικής ενέργειας που περιλαμβάνει περιστροφικό διαστολέα (1), μια γεννήτρια ατμού (10), προαιρετικά έναν εναλλάκτη-υπερθερμαντήρα (10γ), έναν ηλεκτρικό εναλλάκτη / γεννήτρια (2), έναν εναλλάκτη / συμπυκνωτή (3) και μία αντλία υψηλής πίεσης για το συμπυκνωμένο νερό (5) που είναι διαμορφωμένη για να πραγματοποιεί έναν θερμοδυναμικό κύκλο Rankine ή Rankine-Hirn ικανό να παράγει ηλεκτρική και θερμική ενέργεια κατά προτίμηση για μία ή περισσότερες μονάδες κατοικίας ή για άλλους χρήστες οποιουδήποτε τύπου. Ο περιστροφικός διαστολέας θετικής μετατόπισης (1) περιλαμβάνει ένα περίβλημα (11. 12) εφοδιασμένο με μία εσωτερική κοιλότητα που ορίζει έναν σπειροειδή κύλινδρο (ή έναν δακτυλιοειδή κύλινδρο), δύο ζεύγη εμβόλων (24-25, 34-35) περιστροφικά τοποθετημένα εσωτερικά στον σπειροειδή (ή δακτυλιοειδή) κύλινδρο, ένα περίβλημα (13) και μία κινητική σύνδεση τριών αξόνων τοποθετημένη στο περίβλημα και διαμορφωμένη έτσι ώστε να λειτουργεί για μια μετάδοση κίνησης από και / ή προς τα δύο ζεύγη εμβόλων. Η κινητική άρθρωση περιλαμβάνει έναν κύριο άξονα (41), έναν πρώτο δευτερεύοντα άξονα (21) και έναν δεύτερο δευτερεύοντα άξονα (31) και κάθε δευτερεύων άξονας συνδέεται με ένα αντίστοιχο ζεύγος εμβόλων (24-25. 34-35).
