Abstract

Η συντήρηση των πρόσφατα-αφαιρούμενων σάκων με αυγοτάραχα οξυρρύγχων για την επόμενη συγκομιδή της παραγωγής αυγοτάραχων και χαβιαριού, όπου η εν λόγω συντήρηση χρησιμοποιεί ένα έλαιο που προέρχεται από τη μεμβράνη των σάκων με αυγοτάραχα που απορρίφθηκε κανονικά κατά την συμβατική παραγωγή χαβιαριού. Αυτή η συντήρηση επιτρέπει στους σάκους με αυγοτάραχα με τα διατηρημένα αυγοτάραχα που προέρχονται από τον εκτρεφόμενο ή άγριο οξύρρυγχο να αποθηκευθούν και να μεταφερθούν με την οποία η εξαγωγή μπορεί να αξιολογηθεί. Το ίδιο έλαιο, ή τα μέρη του που περιέχουν λιπαρό οξύ, μπορεί επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε διαιτητικές συνθέσεις, π.χ. τρόφιμα κατοικίδιων ζώων.
