Abstract
Μία μέθοδος και συσκευή για εκτίμηση της συγκέντρωσης μιας ουσίας στόχου (π.χ. Χοληστερόλης ή CRP) στο συστατικό πλάσματος ενός δείγματος ολικού αίματος χωρίς την ανάγκη διαχωρισμού των ερυθρών αιμοσφαιρίων από το πλάσμα πριν από την δοκιμασία, απλοποιώντας έτσι τον σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή της συσκευής δοκιμασίας. Η εφεύρεση το επιτυγχάνει αυτό μέσω μέτρησης του υπό εξέταση αναλυτή σε μια χρονοεξαρτώμενη (βιο-/ανοσο-) χημική αντίδραση και μετρώντας ξεχωριστά, μια ουσία δείκτη (π.χ. αιμοσφαιρίνη) για την εκτίμηση του όγκου των ερυθρών αιμοσφαιρίων, χρησιμοποιώντας μια μη-χρονοεξαρτώμενη μεταβολή σε φυσική ιδιότητα του μείγματος της αντίδρασης (σε αυτή την περίπτωση, της διαπερατότητας) η οποία αποδίδεται σε εγγενείς επιδράσεις φίλτρου κατά την προσθήκη του δείγματος. Αυτές οι μη-χρονοεξαρτώμενες μεταβολές δεν αποτελούν μέρος της χημείας της αντίδρασης, και διαχωρίζονται από την χρονοεξαρτώμενη χρόνο μεταβολή στη φυσική ιδιότητα η οποία προκαλείται από την χημεία του προσδιορισμού με συνεχή μέτρηση και μαθηματική μοντελοποίηση. Αλγόριθμοι οι οποίοι συνδυάζουν αυτές τις δύο παραμέτρους χρησιμοποιούνται για εκτίμηση της ουσίας στόχου και αντιστάθμιση των διακυμάνσεων του ποσοστού του αιματοκρίτη του δείγματος.
