Abstract
Σε μια διεργασία για την παραγωγή σωλήνων άρδευσης στάγδην (9) διελάσεται το σώμα του σωλήνα (2), εντός του οποίου τοποθετούνται στοιχεία δοσομέτρησης και συνδέονται με την εσωτερική πλευρά του σώματος του σωλήνα (2). Στην περιοχή των στοιχείων δοσομέτρησης διανοίγονται στο σώμα του σωλήνα (2) ανοίγματα εξόδου (13) μέσω συσκευής διάτρησης laser (8) με προκαθορισμένη ένταση της ακτίνας, μέσω των οποίων ανοιγμάτων μπορεί να εξέρχεται το νερό υπό τη μορφή σταγόνων. Μεταξύ των βημάτων διάτρησης μειώνεται η ένταση της ακτίνας της συσκευής διάτρησης laser (8), μέσω οπτικής διάταξης που συνεργάζεται με τη συσκευή διάτρησης laser (8) η ακτίνα laser καθοδηγείται επί της επιφάνειας του σωλήνα άρδευσης στάγδην και επί αυτής της επιφάνειας αποτυπώνονται με laser αλφαριθμητικά σχέδια (14). Έτσι, η παραγωγή σωλήνων άρδευσης στάγδην και η αποτύπωση επιγραφών επ' αυτών πραγματοποιούνται σε ένα βήμα εργασίας.
