Abstract

Μια φαρμακευτική μορφή για λήψη από του στόματος για αντισύλληψη περιέχει ως ένα δραστικό συστατικό 17α-κυανομεθυλο-17-β-υδροξυοιστρα-4,9-διεν-3-ονη (Dienogest) σε μια ημερήσια δοσολογία ίση με ή μικρότερη από 2,0 mg και ως άλλο δραστικό συστατικό 17α-αιθινυλ-οιστραδιόλη (αιθινυλ-οιστραδιόλη) σε μια ημερήσια δοσολογία μικρότερη από 0,03mg μαζί με έναν ή περισσότερους φαρμακευτικά ανεκτούς φορείς. Η δραστική ουσία Dienogest περιέχεται σε κρυσταλλική μορφή με ένα μέσο μέγεθος σωματιδίων από 25 έως 70 μm. Η δραστική ουσία αιθινυλ-οιστραδιόλη εισάγεται σε μικροκονιοποιημένη μορφή ή ως αιθανολικό διάλυμα κατά τη διάρκεια της κοκκοποίησης.
