Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο ανίχνευσης επιθηλιακών κυττάρων όγκου σε ένα βιολογικό υγρό με τα ακόλουθα βήματα: α) Ετοιμασία συγκεκριμένης ποσότητας ενός βιολογικού υγρού, β) Σήμανση των ζώντων επιθηλιακών κυττάρων όγκου μέσω προσθήκης στο βιολογικό υγρό αντιανθρώπειων επιθηλιακών αντισωμάτων, τα οποία είναι συνδεδεμένα με μαγνητικά σωματίδια, γ) Σήμανση των ζώντων επιθηλιακών κυττάρων όγκου μέσω προσθήκης στο βιολογικό υγρό αντιανθρώπειων επιθηλιακών αντισωμάτων, τα οποία είναι συνδεδεμένα με ένα φθορισμόχρωμα, δ) Μαγνητικό εμπλουτισμό των ζώντων επιθηλιακών κυττάρων όγκου, ε) Ακινητοποίηση του κατ'αυτόν τον τρόπο προκύπτοντος εναιωρήματος σε έναν φορέα μέσω αυτοτελούς προσκόλλησης των ζώντων κυττάρων όγκου, στ) Καταγραφή των ζώντων επιθηλιακών κυττάρων όγκου μέσω κυτταρομετρίας με σάρωση laser και υπολογισμό του αριθμού αυτών των κυττάρων σε σχέση με την ποσότητα του διαθέσιμου βιολογικού υγρού.
