Abstract
Calentador para jugos azucarados relacionado entre otros para el calentamiento de jugos de cana de azúcar y licores de refinerías constituido por una envolvente cilíndrica horizontal, dividido en dos compartimentos individuales por la parte del vapor, con entrada de vapor y salida de incondensables, siendo el flujo de vapor axial. El líquido circula por los tubos, agrupados por pases llevando cada pase un número diferente de tubos y cuya distribución permite además que el paso del vapor sea variable. El objetivo de la invención es obtener un diseno térmico-mecánico y constructivo de un calentador de fluido (líquido-vapor) cuyo comportamiento sea isotérmico debido al paso variable del líquido y vapor, que posean una rápida extracción de condensados y gases incondensables, así como una óptima utilización de la diferencia de temperatura entre ambos fluidos.
