Abstract

Método y aparato para recuperar calor de escorias fundidas. Método y aparato para recuperar calor de escorias fundidas, caracterizado porque comprende la atomización de las escorias fundidas que bajan del extremo superior de una cubeta de escorias para descargar las escorias fundidas de un horno metalúrgico por medio de un chorro de aire, introduciendo gránulos de escorias al rojo vivo en y a través de un intercambiador térmico cilíndrico primario e una corriente conjunta de aire con objeto de llevar a cabo el intercambio térmico con el aire y conseguir un chorro de aire caliente primario, introduciendo los gránulos de escorias al rojo vivo descargados del intercambiador térmico primario en y a través de un intercambiador térmico secundario conectado con el intercambiador térmico primario, en una contracorriente de aire frío suministrado desde el exterior del intercambiador térmico para un intercambio térmico óptimo con objeto de conseguir un chorro de aire caliente secundario.
