Abstract
Un método para separar depósitos formados en superficies de estructuras durante un proceso de producción o en el curso de operación , que comprende las siguientes operaciones : dichos depósitos, por medio de acción externa, ya sea natural o forzada, son solidificados a tal extensión en que la adhesión entre dichos depósitos y el material de dicha estructura, en su superficie, es menos que la fuerza final de dicho material, en tanto que el promedio de relajamiento de dichos depósitos es menos que la velocidad crítica de impacto para el material de la superficie; entonces, la deformación elástica de dicha superficie de estructura alcanza dentro de la zona de limpieza generando en dicha superficie pulsaciones mecánicas sencillas con una duración de no más de 0.01seg. los que son separados por intervalos por lo menos diez veces más largos que la duración de una pulsación mecánica, por pulsaciones de energía de una fuente externa transmitida a dicha superficie a través de un medio; antes de dicha pulsación primera de energía y durante los intervalos entre pulsaciones, se acumula energía para obtener un valor de fuerza de dichas pulsaciones que excede muchas veces la de la fuente de energía y que es requerida para producir dicha pulsación mecánica de una amplitud suficiente para separar depósitos sólidos pero que no exceden un valor en el cual los esfuerzos mecáncos en dicha estructura alcanzan el límite de pérdida de resistencia o la fuerza cíclica, y a un promedio de producción de dicha pulsación mecánica que asegure un promedio de deformación del depósito sólido más alto que el promedio de relajamiento del depósito, pero menos que el valor de la velocidad crítica de impacto para el material de la superficie que ésta siendo limpiada.A method for separating deposits formed on surfaces of structures during a production process or in the course of operation, comprising the following operations: said deposits, by means of external action, either natural or forced, are solidified to such an extent that the adhesion between said deposits and the material of said structure, on its surface, is less than the final force of said material, while the average relaxation of said deposits is less than the critical speed of impact for the surface material ; then, the elastic deformation of said structure surface reaches within the cleaning zone, generating simple mechanical pulsations on said surface with a duration of no more than 0.01sec. those that are separated by intervals at least ten times longer than the duration of a mechanical pulsation, by pulsations of energy from an external source transmitted to said surface through a medium; prior to said first energy pulsation and during the intervals between pulsations, energy is accumulated to obtain a force value of said pulsations that many times exceeds that of the energy source and which is required to produce said mechanical pulsation of a sufficient amplitude to separate solid deposits but that do not exceed a value in which the mechanical stresses in said structure reach the limit of loss of resistance or the cyclic force, and to an average of production of said mechanical pulsation that ensures a higher average deformation of the solid deposit than the average deposition relaxation, but less than the critical impact velocity value for the surface material being cleaned.
