Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso (1) para la combustión de materiales (X), que comprende las etapas de: (a) introducción de materiales (X) preferentemente compactados dentro de una cámara de reacción (3) y cierre de la misma cámara de reacción (3); (b) inyección de un flujo de gas combustible y de un correspondiente flujo de gas comburente, en la recíproca correcta relación estequiométrica, dentro de la cámara de reacción (3), de modo de activar la combustión de los materiales (X); (c) continuación de la reacción termoquímica de los elementos oxidables, por ejemplo carbono, con el oxígeno presente, sin la introducción de otros gases; (d) inyección de gas comburente para alimentar las reacciones termoquímicas de los elementos oxidables presentes en los materiales (X), hasta que deje de aumentar la temperatura; (e) apertura de una válvula de mariposa (5) para expulsar los gases, continuando al mismo tiempo a introducir gas comburente a una presión substancialmente constante hasta que haya sido oxidado todo el carbono residual, hayan sido sometidos a pirolisis los óxidos muy ligados y hayan sido oxidados los metales presentes.The present invention relates to a process (1) for the combustion of materials (X), comprising the steps of: (a) introducing materials (X) preferably compacted into a reaction chamber (3) and closing the same reaction chamber (3); (b) injection of a flow of combustible gas and a corresponding flow of oxidizing gas, in the correct stoichiometric ratio, within the reaction chamber (3), so as to activate the combustion of the materials (X); (c) continuation of the thermochemical reaction of the oxidizable elements, for example carbon, with the oxygen present, without the introduction of other gases; (d) injection of oxidizing gas to feed the thermochemical reactions of the oxidizable elements present in the materials (X), until the temperature stops rising; (e) opening a butterfly valve (5) to expel the gases, while continuing to introduce oxidizing gas at a substantially constant pressure until all the residual carbon has been oxidized, the highly bound oxides have been subjected to pyrolysis and the metals present have been oxidized.
