Abstract

<p>Se ofrece un intercambiador de calor de contraflujo tipo calentamiento directo, capaz de controlar el desgaste del contenedor que se causa por el fluido objeto de calentamiento.<br /> El intercambiador de calor de contraflujo tipo calentamiento directo A comprende un contenedor 10; un tubo de alimentación 11, dispuesto horizontalmente en el interior del contenedor 10, que alimenta un fluido objeto de calentamiento 1; una boca de alimentación 12, dispuesta en una extremidad del tubo de alimentación 11 y abierta hacia abajo en sentido vertical; y un rectificador de flujo 40 conectado con la boca de alimentación 12.<br /> El rectificador de flujo 40 comprende un cuerpo cilíndrico 41 y una placa de guía 45 dispuesta en el interior del cuerpo cilíndrico 41. La placa de guía 45 está dispuesta de modo que se divida el interior del cuerpo cilíndrico 41 en un canal de flujo del lado de flujo superior 46a y un canal de flujo del lado de flujo inferior 46b del tubo de alimentación 11, y su extremidad superior se proyecta hacia el interior del tubo de alimentación 11.
