Abstract

Spósob tepelnej úpravy ingotov v komorových najma hlbinných peciach s použitím dvoch druhov plynov a různej výhřevnosti podlá vynálezu spočívá v uplatnění viacerých fáz ohřevu reguláciou ich poměru kvality pri znížených nákladoch. The method of heat treatment of ingots in chamber deep-well furnaces using two types of gases and different calorific values according to the invention consists in applying several heating phases by regulating their quality ratio at reduced costs. After the heating phase with constant heat input is completed, the phase of equalizing temperature differences is initiated, in which a constant volume of flue gases is maintained in the furnace from 70 to 100% of the volume of the first phase, by proportionally increasing the amount of supplied gas with a lower calorific value and simultaneously reducing the amount of gas with a higher calorific value. When the supply of gas with a higher calorific value is completely stopped, the finishing phase is initiated, in which the volume of flue gases is gradually reduced by reducing the amount of remaining gas with a lower calorific value, until the content of 880 to 900 kj.kg"! of the ingot is reached.

Description

The invention can be used in all furnaces periodically working, which are heated by gases of different calorific value supplied upstream of the burners.

OF THE INVENTION A method of heat treating ingots in chamber furnaces, particularly vertical, with vertical flue gas ducts using two types of gas with a calorific value such as blast furnace and coke oven with a controlled ratio, with constant heat input and a constant amount of flue gas in the heating phase. a rolling temperature measured in the furnace area characterized in that after the heating phase is completed, the temperature difference equalization phase is initiated at the height and cross section of the heated ingots, wherein a constant combustion gas volume of 70 to 100% of the volume used in the heating phase is maintained in the furnace; while increasing the amount of gas supplied at a lower calorific value and at the same time reducing the amount of gas at a higher calorific value, and finally completing the finishing phase at which the flue gas volume is gradually reduced, both by completely stopping the higher calorific gas m by decreasing the amount and continuously reducing the amount of remaining gas with a lower calorific value to a heat content in the range of 880 to 900 kJ / kg ingot.
