Abstract
Řešení se týká pecí pro tepelně-chemickó zpracování. Podstatou řešení je pec pro nitridaci v magnetickém poli, provedená tak, že těleso pece je uzavřený magnetický obvod a mezi muflí a tělesem jsou uloženy čtyři elektromagnety e pólovými nástavci obrácenými k mufli, přičemž osy elektromagnetu se protínají v pravém úhlu uprostřed mufle. To dovoluje řídit parametry magnetického pole, intenzifikovat proces a zvýšit jakost nitridováni.The solution concerns furnaces for thermochemical processing. The essence of the solution is a furnace for nitriding in a magnetic field, designed in such a way that the furnace body is a closed magnetic circuit and four electromagnets with pole pieces facing the muffle are placed between the muffle and the body, with the electromagnet axes intersecting at a right angle in the middle of the muffle. This allows controlling the parameters of the magnetic field, intensifying the process and increasing the quality of nitriding.
