Description

Vynález se týká adaptabilní izoelastické kyčelní endoprotézy.
Dosud užívané kyčelní endoprotézy jsou tvořeny jedním prutem nebo svazkem prutů, které jsou na obou koncích vzájemně pevně spojeny. Vzhledem к tomu, že jde o pruty tuhé a v některých případech pevně spojené i v příčném směru, vytvářejí tak rigidní systém.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní, endoprotéza, sestávající z hlavice, připojené ke dříku endoprotézy podle vynálezu. Jeho podstata spočívá v tom, že dřík je tvořen nejméně dvěma podélnými pruty mezi nimiž je v jejich horní polovině umístěno distanční jádro. Podélné pruty mohou mít proměnný průřez a mohou být nestejně dlouhé. Podélné pruty mohou být s výhodou na svých dolních koncích opatřeny stabilizačním tělískem. Distanční jádro může být s podélnými pruty pevně spojeno a může být opatřeno fixačními členy, například výstupky nebo otvory.
Hlavní4 výhodou endoprotézy podle vynálezu je dřík sestavený z jednotlivých a vzájemně nevázaných prutů, které se musí v důsledku své elasticity přizpůsobit tvaru dřeňového kanálu femuru, ale i proměnlivému přenosu zatížení do femuru při neustále se měnících podmínkách vnějšího zatížení. Vzájemně nevázané pruty mají možnost zaujmout optimální polohu ve směrech toku hlavních napětí.
Vynález a jeho účinky jsou blíže vysvětleny v popise příkladu jeho provedení podle přiloženého výkresu, kde obr. 1 znázorňuje v náryse celkový pohled na adaptabilní izoelastickou kyčelní endoprotézu podle vynálezu, obr. 2 pak znázorňuje průřez v místě A-A a obr. 3 průřez v místě B-B u adaptabilní izoelastické kyčelní endoprotézy podle vynálezu.
Endoprotéza podle vynálezu sestává z hlavice 5 а к ní připojené příruby £. Do příruby £ jsou vetknuty dva nebo více podélných prutů £, tvořící adaptabilní dřík. Podélné pruty £ jsou ve své horní části pod přírubou £ od sebe trvale oddáleny distančním jádrem 2. Podélné pruty £ mohou být stejně dlouhé nebo nestejně dlouhé a mohou mít konstantní nebo proměnný průřez. Na volném konci jsou prostorově rozšířeny stabilizačním tělískem 3, například ve tvaru kapky, kuličky, elipsoidu nebo destičky. Pod přírubou £ jsou podélné pruty £ od sebe oddáleny distančním jádrem 2 z plastické hmoty, biokeramiky, kovu nebo jiného materiálu podobných vlastností. Distanční jádro 2 je plnostěnné nebo různě perforované a s podélnými pruty £ je pevně spojen nebo je к nim kluzně přiloženo. Distanční jádro 2 má tvar Ι-profilu, T-profilu# křížového profilu nebo obdélníkového profilu a je opatřeno fixačními členy £ například výstupky nebo otvory.
Endoprotéza podle vynálezu je využitelná v lékařství v oboru ortopedie a traumatologie.

Claims (6)

1. Adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní endoprotéza, sestávající z hlavice připojené ke dříku, vyznačující se tím, že dřík je tvořen nejméně dvěma podélnými pruty (1) mezi nimiž je v jejich horní polovině umístěno distanční jádro (2).
2. Adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní endoprotéza podle bodu 1, vyznačující se tím, že podélné pruty (1) mají proměnný průřez.
3. Adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní endoprotéza podle bodů 1 a 2, vyznačující se tím, že podélné pruty (1) jsou nestejně dlouhé.
4. Adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní endoprotéza podle bodů 1 až 3, vyznačující se tím, že podélné pruty (1) jsou na svých dolních koncích opatřeny stabilizačními tělísky (3).
5. Adaptabilní izoelastická kyčelní endoprotéza podle bodů 1 až 4, vyznačující se tím, že distanční jádro (2) je s podélnými pruty (1) pevně spojeno.
