Abstract
Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na nastavenie polohy plynule prestavitelných čelustí sklučovadla. Podstatou zariadenia je, že polohovacie zariadenie stroja je vybavené polohovacím telesom s dorazovou plochou usporiadanou proti dorazovej ploché upínacej čeluste sklučovadla. Zariadením na nastavenie polohy čeluste sa vylúči potřeba samostatného prestavovaco-odmeriavacieho zariadenia čelustí, zvýši přesnost nastavenia a súčasne k nastaveniu čelustí sa může využit odmeriavacie zariadenia, ktoré stroj má.The solution concerns a device for adjusting the position of continuously adjustable jaws of a chuck. Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na nastavenie polohy plynule prestavitelných čeíustí skíučovadla.
Podstatou zariadenia je, že polohovacie zariadenie stroja je vybavené polohovacím telesom s dorazovou plochou usporiadanou proti dorazovej ploché upínacej čeluste skíučovadla.
Zariadením na nastavenie polohy čeluste sa vylúči potřeba samostatného prestavovaco-odmeriavacieho zariadenia čeíustí, zvýši presnosť nastavenia a súčasne k nastaveniu čeíustí sa může využiť odmeriavacie zariadenia, ktoré stroj má.

Predmetom vynálezu je zariadenie na nastavenie polohy plynule prestavitelných če1’ustí sklučovadla najma pre NC stroje. U doteraz známých sktučovadiel sa poloha plynule prestavitelných čelustí nastavuje samostatné, připadne súčasne a to ručně, pri použití róznych nóniusov, připadne zvláštnymi k tomu účelu vytvořenými prestavovaco-odmeriavacími zariadeniami. Tento úkon je v prvom případe časové náročný a v značnej miere závisí od zručnosti a pozornosti zoraďovača. V případe použitia zvláštnych prestavovaco-odmeriavacích zariadení, sa značné zvyšujú náklady na upínací systém na jednej straně a na straně druhej, sa samotný NC stroj doplňuje obyčajne o další prestavovaco-odmeriavací systém, čím sa komplikuje i riadenie činnosti NC stroja. Jeden prestavovaco-odmeriavací systém u NC stroja sa využívá už na změnu polohy nástroja. Po (nastavení polohy čelustí sa potom obyčajne uskutočňuje další, súčasný pohyb čelustí za účelom upínania súčiastky.
Uvedené nevýhody sú zmiernené zariadením na nastavenie polohy plynule prestavitelných čelustí sklučovadla, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že polohovacie zariadenie je vybavené polohovacím telesom s dorazovou plochou usporiadanou proti dorazovej ploché upínacej čeluste sklučovadla.
Zariadením na nastavenie polohy čeluste sklučovadla sa jednak vylúči nepřesnost nastavenia čelustí ovplyvnená človekom, jednak skráti čas nastavenia čelustí, vylúči sa. samostatný nastavovaco-odmeriavací systém na prestavenie čelustí, nakolko je žiadúce sledovat len okamih dorazu čeluste.
Zariadenie podlá vynálezu umožní velmi jednoduché nastavenie čelustí u moderných strojov a pri necentrickom upínaní nastavenia požadovanej excentricity pre dalšie súčasné prestavovanie alebo silové upínanie.

This action is time consuming in the first instance and greatly depends on the skill and attention of the shifter. In the case of the use of special displacement gauges, the cost of the clamping system is considerably increased on the one hand, and the NC machine itself is usually supplemented by another displacement-metering system, thereby complicating the control of the NC machine. One adjusting / measuring system for the NC machine is already used to change the tool position. After (the positioning of the jaws is then usually carried out a further, simultaneous movement of the jaws to clamp the component.
