Způsob výroby podle bodu 1, vyznačující se tím, ževlákna v elektrostatickém poli se rozvrhují vůči rozlože-nému netkanému materiálu, kde vytvářejí úhel mezi 0 0 a180 0 s podélnou a příčnou stranou roviny rozloženéhonetkaného materiálu.
