Abstract
Vynález ae týká zkušebních zařízení automobilové techniky. Cílem vynálezu je vytvořit zkušební zařízení automobilového převodu, zejména rozvodovky na osách automobilů při praktických podmínkách. Úkolem vynálezu je sestrojení zkušebního zařízení na principu Pronyovy brzdy se zachováním a technickým zdokonalením brzdového bubnu. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že vnitřním a vnějším pláštěm brzdového bubnu se vytvoří kruhovitá komora, která je integrovaná do uzavřeného chladicího systému s regulovatelným tlakem. Trubka pro chladicí vzduch spolu s elementy, usměrňujícími vzduch, slouží k usměrňování chladicího vzduchu. Proud vzduchu je odkláněn pomocí vzduchové mezery. Vynálezu lze využít pro zkoušení rozvodovek automobilů.The invention relates to testing equipment for automotive technology. The aim of the invention is to create a testing equipment for automotive transmissions, in particular transfer cases on automobile axles under practical conditions. The aim of the invention is to construct a testing equipment based on the Prony brake principle while maintaining and technically improving the brake drum. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the inner and outer casings of the brake drum form a circular chamber which is integrated into a closed cooling system with adjustable pressure. The cooling air pipe together with the air-directing elements serve to direct the cooling air. The air flow is deflected by means of an air gap. The invention can be used for testing automobile transfer cases.
