Abstract

Vynález se týká hydraulické brzdové soustavy, u níž řízení regulačního ventilu má zvláštní provedení pro snížení rozměrů hlavního brzdového válce a prodloužení životnosti a která se využívá především u automobilů a lze ji také použít pro stavební, zemědělské a pracovní stroje. Cíl vynálezu tkví ve zmenšení rozměrů a snížení provozní nespolehlivosti hlav - nich brzdových válců a také v dosažení hospodárné výroby a zlepšení možnosti oprav. Základem vynálezu je úkol vytvořit účelným provedením a rozmístěním hlavního brzdového válce a ventilové jednotky zlepšenou a ekonomicky výhodnější hydraulickou brzdovou soustavu a současně vyloučit do značné míry velké opotřebení· Úkol se řeší tím, že ventilová jednotka je upravena mezi hlavním brzdovým válcem, nádržkou pro brzdovou kapalinu a brzdovými válci kol. Na základě toho je hlavní brzdový válec proveden zjednodušeně. Ventilová jednotka tvoří samostatný uzel a je vybavena šoupátkovým pístem.který uvádí do pohybu regulační ventil. Soupátkový píst má alespoň jeden nucené řízený ventil, sestávající s výhodou z ventilové kuličky a pružiny.The invention relates to a hydraulic brake system in which the control valve control has a special design for reducing the dimensions of the master brake cylinder and extending its service life, and which is used primarily in automobiles and can also be used for construction, agricultural and work machines. The aim of the invention is to reduce the dimensions and reduce the operational unreliability of the master brake cylinders, as well as to achieve economical production and improve the possibility of repairs. The basis of the invention is the task of creating an improved and more economically advantageous hydraulic brake system by means of an efficient design and arrangement of the master brake cylinder and the valve unit, and at the same time to largely eliminate high wear. The task is solved by arranging the valve unit between the master brake cylinder, the brake fluid reservoir and the wheel brake cylinders. On this basis, the master brake cylinder is designed in a simplified manner. The valve unit forms a separate unit and is equipped with a slide piston that sets the control valve in motion. The cam piston has at least one positively controlled valve, preferably consisting of a valve ball and a spring.
