Predmetom vynálezu je nový stabilizačný prostriedok na zabezpečenie predíženej doby nebiologickej trvanlivosti a inej úpravy, vlastností výrobkov nápojového priemyslu.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a novel stabilizing agent for providing extended non-biological shelf life and other processing properties of beverage industry products.
Tento stabilizačný prostriedok je využiteíný najma pri výrobě piva, muštu, vína,octu, liehu a iných nápojov. Aplikáciou nového stabilizačného prostředku v praxi možno dosiahnuť predížené doby trvanlivosti s iné zvýšenie kvality uvedených výrobkov. Předmětný stabilizačný prostriedok se vyznačuje oproti doteraz užívaným aj ekonomickou efektivnosťou, nakoíko jeho východiskové suroviny sú lacnejšie, a tým aj celková .jeho příprava je menej nákladné. Súčasne posobí účinné aj pri filtrácii týcht.o nápojov a umožňuje tak znižovať potřebu filtračných hmot vo‘vlastnej výrobě. Nový stabilizačný prostriedok neporušuje žiadne kvelitativné vlastnosti ním upravovaných nápojov a jeho používanie nevyžaduje žiačne úpravy technologického procesu alebo zariadenia výroby uvažovaných nápojov.This stabilizing agent is particularly useful in the production of beer, must, wine, vinegar, alcohol and other beverages.
