Abstract

La presente invención se refiere en general a construcciones de transgenes, animales transgénicos no humanos que comprenden las construcciones de transgenes, métodos para hacer y métodos para usar los animales transgénicos no humanos que comprenden las construcciones de transgenes. Una realización de la invención se refiere a métodos para ensayar la activación de ligandos de GPCR de forma no invasiva en animales enteros, cortes finos de tejidos, o en células nativas, usando un modelo transgénico que contiene un sistema indicador de transgén bioluminiscente que es sensible a la modulación de la ruta después de la unión del ligando a los receptores GPCR.
