Abstract
La presente invención provee un método de reducción de tamaño de un material que comprende los pasos de: alimentar un material por un conjunto de alimentación en una cámara de ciclán, la cámara de ciclón que posee un conducto cilíndrico alargado que posee una sección frustocónica; agregar por lo menos un agente modificador de la viscosidad en la cámara de ciclón; y proveer un caudal de fluido ciclónico dentro de la cámara de ciclón. La presente invención además provee un aparato para reducir el tamaño de un material. El aparato comprende: una cámara de ciclán (4) que posee un conducto cilíndrico alargado que posee una sección frustocónica (4a); un dispositivo (5) para crear un caudal de fluido ciclónico dentro de la cámara de ciclón (4), de manera tal que la sección frustocónica (4a) de la cámara de ciclón (4) termina en una abertura que forma la entrada al dispositivo; un tubo de entrada de aire (3) en conexión de fluido con la cámara de ciclán (4) en el extremo opuesto de la sección frustocónica (4a); y un conjunto de alimentación para alimentar un material en la cámara de ciclán (4).
