Abstract
La presente descripción proporciona un gradiómetro de gravedad para detectar un gradiente de gravedad. El gradiómetro de gravedad comprende al menos dos masas de sensor que pueden girar sobre ejes respectivos y cada una experimenta un cambio en torsión en respuesta a un cambio en el gradiente de gravedad, con lo cual al menos dos masas de sensor se mueven con relación una a la otra en respuesta al cambio en el gradiente de gravedad y en donde se genera una señal indicativa del gradiente de gravedad en respuesta al movimiento relativo de al menos dos masas de sensor. Además, el gradiómetro de gravedad comprende un sensor de aceleración para percibir una aceleración asociada con una aceleración externa aplicada al gradiómetro de gravedad. El gradiómetro de gravedad también comprende un accionador para generar una fuerza de ajuste que depende de una aceleración percibida mediante el sensor de aceleración. La fuerza de ajuste también depende de un parámetro de respuesta mecánica asociado con al menos una de al menos dos masas de sensor. La fuerza de ajuste se aplica para que se reduzca una diferencia entre las magnitudes de las torsiones experimentadas mediante al menos dos masas de sensor en respuesta al cambio en el gradiente de gravedad.
