Abstract

1.- Una composición que comprende: un acidulante; un emulsificador; un cotensoactivo; y agua. 2.- La composición de la reivindicación 1, que comprende adicionalmente un compuesto, en donde luego del contacto de la composición y el compuesto en agua, el compuesto se dispersa en el agua. 3.- La composición de la reivindicación 1 o reivindicación 2, en donde el acidulante se selecciona del grupo que consiste de ácido propiónico, ácido metil acético, ácido acético, ácido láctico, ácido fumárico, ácido cítrico, ácido fosfórico y combinaciones de cualquiera de los mismos. 4.- La composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-3, que comprende adicionalmente un compuesto seleccionado del grupo que consiste de ácidos grasos vegetales, ácidos grasos de soya, derivados de cualquiera de los mismos, y combinaciones de cualquiera de los mismos. 5.- La composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-4, en donde el agua es agua dura.
