Abstract
1.- Neumático con armazón de carcaza radial, ubicado sobre una armazón externa que tiene al menos tres capas de elementos de refuerzo, paralelos entre ellos en cada capa, al menos el extremo axialmente exterior de una primera capa estando radialmente frente a una segunda capa situada radialmente más al interior y radialmente frente a una tercera capa situada radialmente más al exterior, CARACTERIZADO porque al menos un primer perfilado P1 con mezcla de caucho separa radialmente la segunda capa de al menos el extremo de la primera capa, en donde el extremo axialmente exterior del primer perfil P1 está situado a una distancia del plano ecuatorial del neumático inferior a la distancia separando del plano el extremo de la segunda capa, en donde el perfilado P1 está radialmente separado del calandrado, radialmente exterior C1 de la primera capa por un segundo perfilado con mezcla de caucho G1, en donde al menos un tercer perfilado P2 con mezcla de caucho separa radialmente la tercera capa de al menos el extremo de la primera capa, en donde el extremo axialmente exterior del tercer perfilado P2 está situado a una distancia del plano ecuatorial del neumático inferior a la distancia separando del plano el extremo de la tercera capa, en donde el perfil P2 está radialmente separado del calandrado, radialmente interior C2 de la primera capa por un cuarto perfilado con mezcla de caucho G2, en donde los perfiles de caucho P1, P2 y G1, G2 y los calandrados C1, C2 tienen respectivamente los módulos secantes de elasticidad bajo tensión del 10% de alargamiento MP1, MP2, MG1, MG2, MC1, MC2 de modo que MC1 > MG1 > MP1 y MC2 > MG2 > MP2. 2.- Neumático según la Reivindicación 1, CARACTERIZADO porque los espesores Ep1 y EG1 y Ep2 y EG2 de los perfilados con mezcla de caucho P1 y G1 y P2 y G2 medidos según la dirección radial, son tales que, Ep1 está comprendido entre 30 y 60 % de (EG1 + Ep1) y Ep2 está comprendido entre 30 y 60 % de (EG2 + Ep2).
