Abstract

1.- Un compuesto de la Fórmula Ien donde D es H, N(R5)2 u OR6;X es CH, C(CH3) o N; Y es CH2, O, S o NR3; en donde R3 es hidrógeno, o alquil (C1-C10) recto o ramificado; A es H, hidroxi, -CH2OH, -CH(OH)CH3, -C(O)-OCH3, -C(OH)(CH3)2, -O(CH2)t-COOH, -C(O)-NR6, -(CH2)-P(=O)(OR7)(OR7) opcionalmente substituido, -(CH2)n-O-P(=O)(OR7)(OR7) opcionalmente substituido, -(CH2)n- P(=O)(OR7)(R7) opcionalmente substituido, -CH=CH-P(=O)(OR7)(OR7), C(O)-NHCH3, CN, COOR6 o -R4-COOH, en donde R4 es alquileno (C1-C20) recto o ramificado, alquenileno (C1-C20) recto o ramificado, alquinileno (C1- C20) recto o ramificado, cicloalquil (C3-C20), o azetidinil opcionalmente substituido;R1 y R2 son seleccionados, de forma independiente, a partir del grupo que consiste de hidrógeno, CF3, halógeno, alquil (C1-C20), alcoxi (C1-C20), alquil substituido con cicloalquil (C3-C20), alcoxi substituido con cicloalquil (C3-C20), alquenil (C2-C20), alquenil (C2-C20) substituido con aril, alquinil (C2- C20), alquinil (C2-C20) substituido con aril, aril, alquil (C1-C20) substituido con aril, alquil (C2-C20) substituido con heteroanil, alcoxi substituido con aril, alcoxi substituido con heteroaril, aril substituido con alquil, arilalquil, arilalquil substituido con aril, arilalquil substituido con arilalquil, CN y -O-indolizinil; en donde tales grupos R1 y R2 pueden ser opcionalmente substituidos con uno o más substituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente, a partir de alquil (C1-C20), CF3, halógeno, hidroxi, alcoxi (C1-C20), OCF3, y CN; en donde uno o más de los átomos de carbono en los grupos R1 o R2 pueden ser independientemente reemplazados con oxígeno que no es de peróxido, azufre o NR8;en donde R8 es hidrógeno o el grupo alquil (C1-C20); en donde uno de R1 y R2 es diferente de hidrógeno; y en donde los grupos alquil, alquenil, y alquinil en R1 y R2 son opcionalmente substituidos con oxo o halógeno; cada R5 es independientemente H, alquil (C1-C3) opcionalmente substituido, o fenil opcionalmente substituido con -C(O)-O-alquil(C1-C3); cada R6 es independientemente H o alquil (C1-C2) opcionalmente substituido; ...1.- A compound of the Formula I in which D is H, N (R5) 2 or OR6, X is CH, C (CH3) or N; Y is CH2, O, S or NR3; wherein R3 is hydrogen, or straight or branched (C1-C10) alkyl; A is H, hydroxy, -CH2OH, -CH (OH) CH3, -C (O) -OCH3, -C (OH) (CH3) 2, -O (CH2) t-COOH, -C (O) -NR6 , - (CH2) -P (= O) (OR7) (OR7) optionally substituted, - (CH2) nOP (= O) (OR7) (OR7) optionally substituted, - (CH2) n- P (= O) ( OR7) (R7) optionally substituted, -CH = CH-P (= O) (OR7) (OR7), C (O) -NHCH3, CN, COOR6 or -R4-COOH, where R4 is alkylene (C1-C20) ) straight or branched, straight or branched alkenylene (C1-C20), straight or branched (C1-C20) alkynylene, cycloalkyl (C3-C20), or optionally substituted azetidinyl; R1 and R2 are independently selected from group consisting of hydrogen, CF3, halogen, (C1-C20) alkyl, (C1-C20) alkoxy, alkyl substituted with cycloalkyl (C3-C20), alkoxy substituted with cycloalkyl (C3-C20), alkenyl (C2-C20) , alkenyl (C2-C20) substituted with aryl, alkynyl (C2-C20), alkynyl (C2-C20) substituted with aryl, aryl, alkyl (C1-C20) substituted with aryl, alkyl (C2-C20) substituted with heteroanil, aryl substituted alkoxy, hete substituted alkoxy roaryl, aryl substituted with alkyl, arylalkyl, arylalkyl substituted with aryl, arylalkyl substituted with arylalkyl, CN and -O-indolizinyl; wherein such R1 and R2 groups may be optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from alkyl (C1-C20), CF3, halogen, hydroxy, (C1-C20) alkoxy, OCF3, and CN; wherein one or more of the carbon atoms in the R1 or R2 groups can be independently replaced with oxygen that is not peroxide, sulfur or NR8, wherein R8 is hydrogen or the (C1-C20) alkyl group; wherein one of R1 and R2 is different from hydrogen; and wherein the alkyl, alkenyl, and alkynyl groups in R1 and R2 are optionally substituted with oxo or halogen; each R5 is independently H, optionally substituted (C1-C3) alkyl, or phenyl optionally substituted with -C (O) -O-(C1-C3) alkyl; each R6 is independently H or optionally substituted (C1-C2) alkyl; ...
