Abstract
1.- Un empaque (1, 11) para productos alimenticios vertibles, con un envase (2, 12) elaborado de material de hoja laminado, multicapa, definido por una primera capa a base de papel, como mínimo, y por una segunda capa de un primer material termoplástico. El empaque (1, 11) tiene una porción de tapa (6, 16) fabricada enteramente de un segundo material termoplástico y un dispositivo de apertura (4, 14). De acuerdo con la invención, el segundo material termoplástico es preferiblemente polietileno, y posee desde 0.001 % a 0.005% en peso de negro de humo, y desde 1 a 3% en peso de un pigmento que define el color de la porción de tapa, el cual pigmento es preferiblemente dióxido de titanio.
