Abstract

Método para la elaboración de un material de empaque decoradocon tinta para impresión para caracterizado porque un rollo de papel plastificado consiste en un material de empaque convencional (10) con capas exteriores (12 y 13) de polietileno, es desenrrollando de un carrete de almacenamiento y se provee con papel aluminio (14) que sirve como barrera al gas y que, por medio de una capa extrusora (15) de adhesivo, se lamina un lado del rollo haciéndolo pasar prensado entre dos rodillos (17 y 18 ), el rollo con el papel de aluminio se lleva a otra estación extruosa, donde el papel aluminio se cubre por su parte exterior (14) con una película de polietileno de baja densidad, quedando formada la capa exterior del plástico (12). Este rollo plastificado para proveer la adhesión se somete a un tratamiento (19) de cambio de polaridad mediante descargas eléctricas corona en la segunda capa exterior de polietileno (13) después de este tratamiento pasa a la estación de impresión (20), donde se aplica decorado (16), con tinta para impresión a base de un agua en la capa exterior (13) que se ha modificado. Finalmente se pasa a una estación (21) donde el rollo se a pasado a través de una prensa de dos cilíndros calientes (22 y 23) para reducir la tinta para impresión de la capa exterior (13) del rollo y al mismo tiempo se nivela dicha capa.método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 donde para la elaboración de empaques asépticos, el rollo se somete a un baño de peróxido de hidrógeno acuoso se elaboran los empaques.Un material para la elaboración de empaques caraterizado por estar conformado de una capa central (11) de un papel plegable, rígido y capas exteriores (12 y 13) de polietileno de baja densidad, resistente al líquido, entre una de las de polietileno (12) hay una de capa de alumino (14) impermeable al gas, que mediante una capa de adhesivo (15) se le pega a la capa central (11), y teniendo un decorado con tinta para impresión de la base de agua en la capa exterior (13).un material para la elaboración de empaques de la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque con el se elaboran empaques convencionales y/o asépticos.
