Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona una composición de barradetergente para lavandería que comprende: (a) desde 0.5% hasta 60% de surfactante detergente aniónico sintético; (b) desde 0.10% hasta 60% de agente blanqueador; (c) no más de 3.5% de humedad en la composición de barra terminada; (d) desde 0.1% hasta 10% de agentes aglutinantes tixotrópicos no líquidos. Además, con un proceso para elaborar dicha composición de barra, el cual comprende: (a) mezclar un estado seco y un estado de pasta neutralizada de una sal sódica de sulfato de alcohol graso en presencia de un carbonato sódico y un generador polifosfato, y mantener el contenido de humedad en un rango que oscile entre 25-35% en la pasta de sulfato de alcohol graso utilizada, (b) reaccionar el ácido sulfónico alquilbenceno con la mezcla en (a), de tal forma que el ácido sea completamente neutralizado por el carbonato sódico, (c) adicionar un agente aglutinante tixotrópico, no líquido y componentes adicionales, y d) moler y troquelar la mezcla de (c) para formar barras, en donde la cantidad total de humedad en los componentes adicionados en los pasos (a) a (c) no sea mayor que 3.5% de la humedad formada en (c).
