Abstract

Una composición dental restauradora híbrida compuesta deionómeros vítreos/resina, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE comprende una resina polimerizable que contiene un grupo aromático con por lo menos un grupo etilénicamente instaurado y por lo menos un grupo ácido carboxílico; un relleno vítreo de fluoroaluminisilicato iónicamente lixiviable finamente dividido y un sistema iniciador de la polimerización. La composición de la cláusula 1, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE dicha resina polimerizable que contiene un grupo aromático tiene por lo menos dos grupos etilénicamente insaturados y por lo menos dos grupos ácido carboxílico. La composición de la cláusula 1, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE dicha resina polimerizable que contiene un grupo aromático comprende un producto de adición entre un compuesto orgánico que posee un grupo hidróxilo reactivo y por lo menos un grupo etilénicamente instaurado y un componente seleccionado del grupo formado por un oligómero anhídrido estirenmaleico y un dianhíbrido del ácido piromelítico. La composición de la cláusula 3, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE dicho grupo etilénicamente instaurado es un grupo (meta) acrilato. La composición de la cláusula 3, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE dicho oligómero de anhídrido estirenmaleico presenta un peso molecular promedio en el rango de 300-3.000 y el grupo etilénicamente instaurado está unido a la estructura principal del ácido anhídrido estirenmaleico por medio de un enlace éster.
