Abstract

El embalaje (1) está conformado por dos semicascarones (2, 3) en forma de casquetes, que empalman el uno con el otro a lo largo de sus respectivos bordes de embocadura (2´, 3´). Por lo menos uno de dichos semicascarones (2, 3), pero preferentemente ambos, están cerrados por sus respectivas láminas de sellado (6, 7), cuya unión de las superficies enfrentadas determina la unión de los dos semicascarones (2, 3). Ambos semicascarones (2, 3), así como la o las láminas de sellado (6, 7) están provistos de lengüetas de apertura (20, 60; 30, 70), obtenidas en correspondencia de los bordes de las embocaduras (2´ 3´) de los semicascarones (2, 3), de tal manera que en el embalaje terminado resulten alineadas y superpuestas. La unión de la o de las láminas de sellado (6, 7) con su correspondiente semicascarón (2, 3), involucra también dichas partes en lengüeta, que en cambio no están involucradas en la unión de los dos semicascarones (2, 3) entre sí. Por consiguiente los semicascarones (2, 3) pueden ser separados entre sí sin correr el riesgo de producir el desprendimiento indeseado de la o de las láminas de sellado (6, 7), que deberán ser removidas posteriormente para tener acceso al contenido de los semicascarones (2, 3). La unión entre las diferentes partes se realiza preferentemente mediante soldadura por ultrasonido.
