Abstract

Un compuesto de pirazol de la fórmula (I) o su sal:En donde R1 es un grupo alquilo, R2 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo metilo, -A-R3, un grupo fenilo que puede ser sustituido, un grupo piridilo que puede ser sustituido, o un grupo alilo que es sustituido por un grupo, A es -SO2-, -CO-, -CH(R6)- o -CH(R7 )CO-, R3 es un grupo alquilo que puede ser sustituido. o un grupo alquenilo que puede ser sustituido, o un grupo alquinilo que puede ser sustituido, un grupo alcoxi que puede ser sustituido, un grupo ciano, un grupo dialquilamino o un grupo fenilo que puede ser sustituido, cada uno de los R6 y R7 es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo, X es un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alquilo, un grupo haloalquilo, un grupo alcoxi, un grupo alquiltio, un grupo alquilsulfinilo, un grupo alquilsulfonilo, un grupo nitro, un grupo alcoxicarbonil, -SO2 N(R8 )R9 , -N(10 )SO2 R11 , -CH2 S(O)q R12 o -OSO2R13 , cada uno de los R8 , R9 , R10 , R11 , R12 y R13 es un grupo alquilo, Z es un grupo alquilo, 1 es un entero que va de 0 a 5, n es un entero que va de 1 a 5, q es un entero que va de 0 a 2, dado que cuando 1 es al menos, 2, una pluralidad de Z puede ser igual o diferente, y cuando n es al menos 2, una pluralidad de X puede ser igual o diferente.Un proceso para la producción de un compuesto d pirazol de la fórmula (I-1) o su sal:en donde R1 es un grupo alquilo, Z es un grupo alquilo, 1 es un éster que va O a 5, dado que cuando 1 es al menos 2 una pluralidad de Z puede ser igual o diferente, X es un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alquilo, un grupo haloalquilo, un grupo alcoxi, un grupo alquiltio, un alquilsulfinilo, un grupo alquilsulfonilo, un grupo nitro, un grupo alcoxicarbonilo, -SO2 N(R8 )R9 , -N(10 )SO2 R11 , -CH2 S(O)q R12 o OSO2 R13 , cada uno de los R8 , R9 , R10 , R11 , R12 y R13 , es un grupo alquilo, q es un entero que va de 0 a 2, y n es un entero que va de 1 a 5, dado que cuando n es al menos 2, una variedad de X puede ser igual o diferente, lo cual comprende la reacción del compuesto de fórmula (II);en donde R1, Z y 1 son como se definió anteriormente, con un compuesto de la fórmula (III):en donde X y n son como se definió anteriormente, e Y es un átomo de alógeno, para obtener un compuesto de la fórmula (IV):en donde R1, X, X, 1 y n son como se definió anteriormente, y sometiendo el compuesto de fórmula (IV) a reacción de reordenamiento o transposición.
